Despite a mistake on my part (providing the wrong information), he returned twice to ensure everything was done correctly. He even installed the right socket the next day without charging extra. Recently had some spot lights installed from Power On and they look great. We were well informed of different coloured lights available and could choose the bezels we wanted. The lights were installed to a high quality and have made the room look much brighter and better. Overall a great service from Kyle and Luis - furniture was covered, all of the mess was cleaned up and the holes from previous lights were even small enough to be filled which Kyle did for us.
