Rashied is extremely knowledgeable and responsive as well as generally being a lovely person. We were having issues with damp walls in our loft room due to poor ventilation / old house, and were recommended a PIV system. Rashied came out and explained everything about them and their suitability. After installing (and coming back to fix another small issue) he left the area clean and tidy both times and was kind enough to give advice on other questions we had about the electrics in the house.
