Ishmael from Diligent Electrical Contractors replaced some outdoor lighting and motion sensors for us. We have also previously engaged him for an electrical survey. We required a new fuse board and contacted Diligent Electrical Contractors. It was installed to a very high standard and were extremely happy with the service. Pretty happy with the service. Diligent installed a new bathroom extractor fan and works perfectly. There's no more mould. I had to wait 3 weeks before writing this review to test it. I also had a problem with my oven which kept on switching off after 60 seconds. I asked 2 electricians beforehand and they kept telling me my oven is broken even though it was only 2 years old. Diligent replaced one of the boards on the electric box and explained the actual reason. The oven works perfectly fine now.

CRW were very professional and helpful. We had a complicated electrical issue that Cliff responded to on a Sunday and then worked with us to find a solution. Cliff is also trustworthy and reliable, quick to respond to queries and great at explaining what went wrong. We would not hesitate to use CRWs services again and would recommend them.

I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

I got in touch with NOD after I realised I needed an electrician to help me with a cooker replacement. I was given a quote over the phone, they arrived in 20 minutes, did a fantastic job and gave me advice regarding safety testing etc. They’re super friendly, honest, well presented and stuck to the quote despite it being more work than they expected. Bringing light where there had been none, Richard, Craig, and Luke were all very professional and arrived on time everyday to complete this major work. They were polite and took special care to make the process as straightforward as possible. We were informed of specifics and given options to achieve our desired results. They re-wired an old 3 level home in just under a week, working efficiently and joyfully everyday. Though the tasks required a very messy job, the team put in great efforts to vacuum and mop after the work was finished. I highly recommend this company for any electrical repairs or installations as they were a delight and truly “down to earth.” My housemates and I are very pleased with the results.

Richard and the team are brilliant! We used them initially for a full house rewire and they were incredibly helpful with advice and suggestions when setting out the plan (if anything I wish we had followed more of their advice) and they were on time and as quoted. We've since used them for a couple of smaller pieces (wall lighting install plus reattachment of light fixtures post redecoration and a new socket which was an unexpected need for fibre installation) and they have been excellent throughout the process. Also answered many general DIY questions as we go! We will absolutely be continuing to use them in the future without hesitation.

We have used Down to Earth Electrical Contractors twice now. Once to get a certification for our rental flat and the second time on a new home we bought that needed complete rewiring as the house had no earth. They are professional, friendly, really easy to work with. They are precise when it comes to measurements and placements of sockets, light fittinhs etc. And super neat when they clean up. I started using AC Electrical back in January 2021 initially to rewire and change socket locations after I bought my first home and was overly impressed with their services. Since then I’ve used them for all of my electrical works at home and electrical jobs for my rental projects. Their workmanship, skills and reliability are outstanding. Since moving to the UK I have found words like “craftsmanship, care and service,” to be words divorced from their original spirit, meaning and intent. So often especially in crafts and trade professions the industry is dominated by the lowest common denominator, efficiency is conflated with speed and quality with cost. Our experience with AC Electrical has bucked this trend and offered some insight into the once famed British work ethic, care, quality and a sense of duty. We scheduled the installation of five custom made heavy brass lights from Egypt. On arrival we found that we had a highly complicated job, the fittings, the wires, everything but the design was improperly constructed. Colin at AC Electric never gave up, was creative in his search for solutions, committed to completing his mission (to the point of cancelling his other appointments and dedicating the day to getting the job done.) He was patient, courteous and professional. Not once did he accept half quality measure or solutions. AC Electrical Services was not only professional to the highest standard they did so with a smile, a love for their work and a client focused approach which never seemed to wary of patience or dedication. Seeing craftsman like this is inspiring (I think they would complete to the highest standard a job at any level of complexity,) I hope I can bring the same tireless love to my own work. AC Electric was referred to me in glowing terms by my brother in law with accolades I was not accustomed to hearing from him. My first thought is that this will be an expensive ordeal.

PSC installed our solar panels and batteries a couple of years ago. They were courteous, punctual, and provided excellent service. Recently, we decided to add more batteries to our system. I spoke to Phil on Monday afternoon, and by lunchtime on Wednesday, the batteries were installed! The engineer remained friendly and professional throughout. I highly recommend using PSC.

I’ve used PSC many times for a number of domestic and commercial electrical pieces of work (including installation of solar panels). They communicate well (from office to onsite) are always professional, prompt, experienced and lovely to have around. They are not the cheapest and wouldn't expect them to be given the high quality of service and work carried out - the cost is well earned - You get what you pay for! Highly recommend and I will continue to have them as my No 1. electrical contractors for years to come. Great service from top man “Phil”, all office staff and the team on site. Brilliant.

I couldn't believe how quickly this all happened. The time from my original email to all panels being installed was around 2 weeks. Phil and his team were great, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. There was no upselling - just an honest assessment of what was needed. We had solar panels fitted by PSC electrical in September, and were really pleased with them. Phil was very prompt, communicative and professional when doing the survey and giving us a quote. Everything moved quite quickly which was a pleasant surprise as we had believed from other suppliers that there were delays in the supply chain. Tom and the installation team were polite, tidy and very professional. It took around 5 days in total (working round us being on holiday and scaffolding having to go up and come down). This was slightly longer than we initially expected but I understand our roof tiles were tricky. The team went above and beyond to make sure any chipped tiles were replaced and matched the existing ones. Central office communication was great, we were informed promptly when the installers were running late one day due to an emergency call-out, and the scaffolding was all arranged with no issues. Panels themselves have been working well since Sept, producing loads during October which was unseasonably sunny, and producing a decent amount even over winter. Would definitely recommend getting panels installed for cost and carbon reduction.
