I was in a real bind today when my smoke vent skylight wouldn't close on this freezing cold winter day. I contacted Sean and was amazed at how quickly he arrived. He was incredibly friendly and professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

Sean came out really quickly – in an hour or so – to look at an issue I was having with an oven. He was friendly and easy to deal with, and he talked me through everything he was doing, simply and straightforwardly, repeating information when I needed it. Although he is very fast(did 2 mains powered camera wiring and 1 mains powered doorbell wiring in 3 hours), he takes his time and is precise with his skills.
