Replacing old lights with newer LED ones as well as some installation of new sockets. Excellent and professional work carried out by the guys. Very polite, friendly and punctual. They were clearly very experienced as they knew exactly what to do and cracked on with it without hesitation. Highly recommended.
Wonderful company, from a quick turnaround on the quotation to effective and professional installations and work the guys at Lux LDN delivered. Excellent service will for sure utilise their services again for future projects. The project lasted 4 days and was quite challenging but not once did the team look to cut corners or take the easy route, and most impressive their attitude throughout was spot on. Milo, Danny and Sam thank you for your work.
First time using LuxLdn for a number of small fixes in a flat and would happily recommend/use again myself. Sam was friendly and helpful - was running early and gave me a call to check if coming early would suit me which was appreciated.
Communication over the phone was also good with Danny - was clear about what I needed and pricing.
The Lux team are super efficient, clean and tidy. Great communicators on what needs doing and why, and gave really reasonable rates. They were able to provide flexible availability and on both visits, Sam and Danny were always polite and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.
Milo fitted me in on the same day for a FaceTime assessment of an emergency job, going above and beyond the call of duty. He was patient and respectful and generous with his time. I'd book him with no hesitation, particularly as he already came highly recommended.
