This place is incredible! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the dental team was positive, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. As someone who’s had a tough time with my oral health in the past and has always dreaded going to the dentist, it was a refreshing change. Absolutely fantastic place, the attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is amazing. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I was put at ease the moment I stepped through the door. What else can I say, Tass on reception, Tom the treatment coordinator, Ruth the dental nurse, and Dr Nicolas are all absolutely amazing people. I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

I visited Springfield Guiseley today for a planned replacement filling . I don't usually feel this way, but I felt nervous about my pending treatment. I mentioned it to Oonagh and we discussed which part of the process was causing these feelings. I felt reassured, my anxiety reducing. After the local anaesthetic, I was almost asleep for the rest of the process! I didn't feel one second of pain or discomfort through any of it. I want to say a very big thank you to Oonagh & Anna, for what turned into a pleasant experience. You were brilliant as were Katie and Melissa on reception. I had an amazing experience today at Springfield Dental Clinic. I have booked dental hygiene with Sam and I was very pleased with the procedures. Sam and his colleague made me feel welcomed, he explained everything to me beforhand and he also answered the questions I had. The outcome is even better than I expected, my teeth never felt more cleaner, they definitely look whiter! I am looking forward to my next visit in 6 months.

James must be some kind of wizard…. So, I had an initial appt to run though the art of the possible as an adult with fairly bad teeth. I was reassured all the way through and got started in Jan 2024. In June I was finished, straight, white, beautiful teeth. I smile more than I ever knew I could before. I was never in pain (the retainers pinched for a day when changing them) but on the whole it was so much easier than I thought it was going to be. The team are amazing - lovely reception team, Harry and the nursing team super caring and James dentist extraordinaire. A huge round of applause to you all.

James Taylor has been my dentist for many years and now he has a new practice in Leeds. Lovely practice with lovely, well presented premises and friendly staff. I always look forward to my visit here and can’t recommend it enough. James has always been extra special and I would call him a friend as well as my dentist. I didn't realise what a good dentist was until I had my new patient consultation last week. Using exceptionally detailed X-Rays, I was able to see that my previous dentist had not seen the problems I had with an old root canal, and with the one they did themselves. Fortunately The Dentist spotted these, got me in for a hygiene deep clean (not what you'd call enjoyable, but made as comfortable as possible) and a review is in the diary too. In just two visits, I feel like I've had the best dental treatment in twenty years. And for no more money than two visits to my previous dentists. Really excellent service, very pleasant surroundings and attentive staff who explain, smile and comfort. What more could you want?

An overall very positive experience at nu dental. Staff are friendly, helpful and always happy to answer any questions. Lovely clinic with warm friendly and cosy vibes. The treatment suites are not scary looking or intimidating! For once I feel safe and confident about my dental treatment. Lauren was very friendly, kind and attentive. She answered all my questions in a very nice way and didn’t rush me as was the case - unfortunately - with my precious dental clinic!

I have just had the best experience with the team at Nudental , in particular Laura who took care of my initial enquiry and scans for composite bonding and then Dr Attiya who is absolutely amazing 🤩 so talented I truly can’t thank her enough for giving me the smile and teeth I have always dreamed off . From my initial consultation to the finished results she listened to exactly what I wanted to achieve and as a nervous patient with an horrendous gag reflex she patiently worked with me allowing me to have my work done with sedation to achieve the best results . If you are thinking about having this kind of work done you would be in the most capable hands and I absolutely recommend Dr Attia 110% . The entire team at the clinic are so warm and attentive and it’s an extremely relaxed environment . Worth every penny which I might add was a fantastic deal with exceptional results . I have been a patient of Adel dental practice for a number of year. On the 3/1/25 I had to have a back tooth extracted. I was very nervous and anxious. I explained this to Sharon the receptionist and treatment co-ordinator and expresed that I felt as though I needed someone to hold my hand whilst my tooth was being taken out because I was nervous and scared. She passed this onto the dental nurse (whose name I cannot remember -BUT THANK YOU SO MUCH) as she held my hand and reassure me throughout the whole process. Dominic the dentist was absolutely 'BOSS'. He was also reassuring, he made sure the area around the tooth was totally numb and explained that I would feel a bit if tugging. I went in for an emergency tooth appointment. An x-ray was taken of my teeth then the dentist was excellent talking me through my options and explaining what the next steps would be from the choice I made. She was patient during the procedure and did a fantastic job of clearing my tooth for the first step of a root canal. Highly recommended for any dental procedures people may be considering.

I recently moved into the Shipley area and booked a first check up and hygiene appointment in January. The reception staff, dentist snd hygienist were very friendly and treatment provided was extremely professional. Highly recommended.

If you’re afraid of the dentist this is the place to go! Due to my extreme fear I avoided the dentist for years. Having finally plucked up the courage and explained my fear when booking the whole staff were nothing but lovely and understanding, answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease throughout.

I'm not the easiest patient with TMJ problems so the dentist has their work cut out and i have regular appointments. They're always very polite and do everything to get around my condition and never moan about extra visits when I'm concerned about complications. I've been going here since I was born and still recieve a top class service which I was concerned about after change of owners but no need, they're fab :)

I can’t lie to you I would not wish the pain that comes with surgical extraction upon anyone, especially with dry socket which I recently experienced due to the nature of surgery - but I’m also honest when I say the staff at Barkhill are always so lovely and kind, and DR Beyqi you are always so nice and have taken care of me so well (especially considering you’ve had to see me probably way more than you’ve expected packing my wound!) both him and the dental nurses I’ve met have been so friendly and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else with how good they are. They have made me really comfortable and are so considerate. I’m currently swollen from a tooth extraction today but as always was sent with a helpful aftercare sheet and I know if I need anything I can call to come in and the reception staff will get me sorted! You guys are all fantastic, thank you 🙏

From making the first phone call to completing my treatment, my experience has been nothing but positive. This morning I went for my first consultation and CT Scan. Prior to having a tooth extracted. I have a real dentist phobia and am terrified of the thought of even going through reception door.
