The reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the dental team was positive, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. As someone who’s had a tough time with my oral health in the past and has always dreaded going to the dentist, it was a refreshing change. I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

Absolutely fantastic place, the attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is amazing. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I was put at ease the moment I stepped through the door. What else can I say, Tass on reception, Tom the treatment coordinator, Ruth the dental nurse, and Dr Nicolas are all absolutely amazing people. Roll on the 8th march for the first steps towards my smile makeover transformation.
