Great experience from start to finish. I had a fantastic experience with Dr Rangzeb. He released my daughter’s posterior tongue tie and the whole process was great. The pre op and post op care was very extensive and no question was silly or too much. He even gave us his personal phone number, which I felt was really going above and beyond. I was really nervous about the procedure and Dr Rangzeb was so empathetic towards that. He really put both of us at ease and my daughter felt so comfortable with him. I’d recommend this practice to anyone who wants a caring, professional clinic with some of the highest level of expertise in the country. We will be returning for my son when he is ready for the same procedure. Dr Rangzeb is a very rare find☺️ we need more health care professionals like him. Many thanks for everything!

I never worry about coming for a regular check up as everyone is so lovely they make it a pleasure. A couple if years ago i had to have root canal treatment, which people dread, but all went ahead smoothly with no pain whatsoever. I would recommend Town Hall Dental to anyone.

I recently attended Town Hall Dental for a routine six month check up. I saw the dental hygienist who was extremely friendly. I then saw Dr Kam. He is one of the friendliest dentists I have ever met. Such a lovely dental clinic. All staff were so friendly and professional. I came in with some concerns about my teeth and Charlotte (I’m hoping I’ve remembered her name correctly), gave my teeth a thorough clean and reassured me that there is no need to panic. I have just completed an extensive amount of treatment with Dr Kirrin Punia which included four implants and several veneers, the work has taken several months to complete. I am extremely pleased with the results. Right from the start I have felt in very safe in her hands, she has been realistic about what was achievable and throughout the treatment has gone over and above to produce the absolute best results for me that were possible. I have no reservations in recommending her to family and friends, in fact I have already done so.

This place is fantastic if you are nervous. They really understand my anxiety. They take time to explain my treatment before and during treatment. They notice immediately if I am in distress and stop. Then we work out how to continue. I feel fully in control. They do not need to sedate me they work with me around my fears. The only drawback is no NHS you pay for what you get. But so well worth the cost if you are anxious.

I attended my half yearly dental appointment recently and are pleased to record my satisfaction at the excellent reception attention I was given and the dental treatment I received from my dentist and his assistant during my visit. I have attended the current practice and previous owners/providers since my twenties - I am now 74 years old. I have always received very professional service and would recommend Hewitt's Dental practice as an organisation to approach on any dental matter.

Staff are always accommodating. Office is well-maintained. I had fillings done and the dentist Hayley Horsman did a great job; she was very professional and knowledgeable and always explaining the procedure, addressing my concerns in the process. The dental assistant was also very helpful.

I had a tooth extraction today by Haleema. I can honestly say that the appointment couldn’t have gone any better. She was so informative and the injections and extraction were painless. She took time to numb the area first which made a massive difference. Great service 👍👍

I cannot thank West Park Dental enough. I had severe toothache for a couple of days. I thought it would pass but didn't. Called at 8:30am, had an appointment booked for 10am and was seen bang on time. The receptionists were really friendly and assured me the dentist I was seeing was very good. Paul was excellent in explaining what treatment was available and what he could do. He obviously has a lot of experience and knowledge of what he does - he definitely knows what he's talking about. Ended up having an extraction. It was done without any pain at all and was spoken to all the way through the procedure explaining what was happening. I'm not the best patient and was calmed down as much as possible during the process by Paul and the dental nurse (I'm sorry, I didn't ask her name - she was also brilliant.) All done within an hour and now pain free in the same day. Thank you to everyone at West Park, I am so grateful for you helping me today, I couldn't recommend you enough.

Booked in with Asif for a consultation, he got me in the same week. He did a full check on my teeth and gums and advised me for a deep clean. Throughout the process he was very patient and took his time. If your looking for a dentist whos passionate and caring but also does a great job then book in with Asif. I've seen Annie for general checkups and hygienist appointments, and Maria for a ceramic onlay, and I'm also doing the 12 month online Myofunctional Therapy course. I can honestly say I wouldn't go to another dental clinic again. The care the team shows is second to none. They are patient, take time to get to know you as an individual, and genuinely care about your health. The clinic is great too, with lots of holistic products available to buy. I'm so glad I found WoW. The waiting times for appointments can be slightly longer than some other places, but it's worth the wait and they will try their best if you're genuinely in pain!

I was so nervous and scared that I managed to avoid the dentist for about 10 years. I finally plucked up courage to visit the dentist and I can honestly say all the staff were incredible. It was something that I was terrified of due to past experiences and now I feel so much happier and looking forward to finally getting my teeth fixed and sorted out.
