My daughter needed extractions prior to a brace fitting and for medical reasons this was not able to be completed. After a referral to a hospital this was rejected, I contacted the reception team and spoke to Sarah. She spent all her morning trying to assist me in resolving my daughter’s needs with other dentists in the practice to enable her to be able to have the required treatment. Kandarp agreed to undertake the trickier extraction and we were seen by him within a few days. He was successful with removal and the next stage of treatment can now continue as planned. Huge thanks to Sarah and Kandarp without them both my daughter would be sat on a NHS waiting list. M

She is very sympathetic, talks through exactly what she’s going to do and reassures you that she will stop any time you want her to. I have been terrified of going to the dentist for years, but I am gradually gaining confidence with her help.

I booked a consultation as I felt I needed help to assess my dental needs following 3 teeth breaking. I had a very thorough check up and was given a plan. My Dentist discussed each stage with me and an order of priority. I have just returned from my appointment which was a complex procedure.
