we had the best experience at Craven Dental Care today! Karen & Helen are both fantastic dental nurses and made my little boy feel so welcome and calm at his first ever dentist appointment! Karen managed to file down my sharp tooth I've been having trouble with for a long time, no other dentist has managed with my bad gag reflex🤣🙈 it feels so much better! my little boy came away from there surgery happy and excited to come back again one day! Helen did an amazing job cleaning my teeth they feel 100% times better and cleaner! the receptionist Leah was also so kind and lovely! the whole experience was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this dental surgery!😊 thank you so much!

Karen is a fantastic dentist and Helen is a brilliant Hygienist! All the nurses are lovely, ensuring you are happy and calm and that they are there to support you through your dental journey. I was a very nervous dental patient, who often cancelled appointments, so I didn’t have to face the fear I felt when sitting in the dentist chair. But that all changed when I joined this practice. I explained my fears to Karen and Helen and they were willing to do anything to help. I now attend appointments every six months and actually look forward to going. My teeth and gums have never been better. I sat in the chair today and thought back to the days where my knuckles were white from gripping so hard to the chair. Now I sit relaxed and enjoy chatting to the lovely staff. If you have a fear of dentists, I can honestly say all the staff here are lovely and will put you at ease.

The whole atmosphere is professional and relaxed. Karen Helen and the staff are caring and don't rush you, talking you through everything. Definitely the best surgery we've ever been to. Well done!

This place is incredible! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the dental team was positive, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. Absolutely fantastic place, the attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is amazing. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I was put at ease the moment I stepped through the door. What else can I say, Tass on reception, Tom the treatment coordinator, Ruth the dental nurse, and Dr Nicolas are all absolutely amazing people. Roll on the 8th march for the first steps towards my smile makeover transformation.

I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

From my first contact with Taylored Dental Care Keighley I was made to feel completely at ease. So much so following my initial treatments under sedation with Graham I have had two visits to Sarah and not felt anxious at all either in the waiting room or in the surgery. This in itself is huge for me! I have seen Matt for several appointments and I cannot recommend him enough he is an absolute professional and puts you at ease immediately you enter the room. I would highly recommend Taylored Dental Care and only wish I’d found them sooner.

Since coming to the practice 6 months ago after many years of not visiting a dentist I can not praise too highly the care I have received To say I was very afraid is putting it mildly. But from my first contact with Jssmine and seeing Graham for the first time I was met with nothing but care concern and a desire to help. There was no judgement at all. Graham was professional,caring and wonderful at explaining the process. Treatment with Sarah was easy. She's amazing at making you feel calm and in control as she checks you are OK regularly Matt was wonderful kind and caring making me feel at ease His work is amazing. Never thought dentures could look so natural and these are only the temporary ones. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and put me at my ease. I have a way to go with my treatment but with this wonderful team I know I will get there Thank you all you have changed my life

I am terrified of dentist but i had to go! To say Roy & Ellie Mae were patient would be an understatement! They kept me calm and even took my wisdom tooth out there a then! Fabulous team and even better it was totally pain free putting my faith back into going to the dentist again! Thank you guys!

I have been scared of the dentists for as long as I can remember and so now I’ve braved it I’ve quite abit of work to be done! Jenna was so helpful trying to find the best and cheapest option for me to pay for my treatment did not come across judgmental and nothing seemed too much to ask. I have to say the two dentists I’ve seen too have been amazing and so patient and understanding. They took the time to really explain everything to us and for that I am super appreciative! I have always found the team at the surgery to be fantastic, the reception staff a polite friendly and helpful. The nursing staff a friendly and supportive. Conleth the Dentist I see has been great, i had to have some work done a few years ago and he guided me through the process with a sense of calm that put me at ease.
