Love my dentist. I think I have dentist phobia but Dr Maryam is lovely, kind and is not judgmental. She is gentle and puts you at ease, checks on you whilst treating you. Receptionists are also kind when my card was declined they didn't pressure me but were reassuring. Thank you for helping me with my phobia.

Would definitely recommend the mount. I had an appointment through smile white and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I received my kit on time.

Having been sent to mount dental surgery as an emergency dental patient. I can not say anything bad about this dental practice . They were kind right from the receptionist to the dentist from start to finish. They treat me kindly and with respect. The dentist told me everything he was doing ,advised me gave me options . Showed me the xray and explained it . Even the injections didn't hurt . All I can say is I wish they could hdvd taken me on as a permanent patient. Thankypu mount dental surgery Batley

Emergency appointment - twice. Saw me almost instantly. Very friendly staff and calm environment. My first appointment at Eclipse Dental. The total experience was excellent. Lewis my dentist gave a detailed explanation of his findings from my check up and explained fully my follow up plan. Staff on reception desk very helpful

I rang up complaining of pain at 11:15am got seen the same day at 12pm only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room. The dentist did an amazing job, and I was feeling much better by the end of the appointment. Receptionists were polite and friendly. Premises were extremely clean. Free car park close by. Over all extremely happy with the service. Would definitely recommend to others.

I registered here in January 2024 and my experience has been brilliant. It's always clean and tidy inside. Reception staff are friendly and polite. My dentist (Lewis) is very professional, friendly, understanding, polite, reasurring and always makes me feel at ease, which always reduces my anxiety. My treatment is always carried out in a safe and careful manner. Appointments can be made easily. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to others 😁

I am so pleased with the work carried out by Francois and his lovely dental nurse Lynsey. I attended at Horbury Dental Care after suffering a trauma on my front tooth which had caused it to dis-colour badly. Francois carried out a thorough consultation and provided me with a range of options starting with internal bleaching. He outlined the pros and cons and was realistic with managing my expectations. The results were much better than I expected and my tooth now looks just the same as all my others. I am delighted with the whole process and felt confident and reassured by both Francois and Lynsey throughout. Thanks to them I now feel much more confident to smile and show off my “pearly whites!” Thank-you 💕

Exceptional in every way! From their 5-star care and treatment service to modern, calm and spacious, waiting areas. Myself and my two children go. The general care and service is attentive and the dental practitioners show genuine interest and care. The advanced implant procedures, care and after care is careful, informed and thoughtful. They really do strive for perfection. I’ve tried several dental practise in Wakefield and I’m glad I’ve finally found and settled here. Even with emergencies, they have enough team members to always see you the same day, yet remain local enough to care, which is rare for dentists.

Horbury dental clinic is always welcoming and efficient. I was attending for a complex root canal treatment. Tom and Lauren are extremely professional and caring. They put me at ease and I feel very confident and comfortable with their knowledge and expertise. I even received a follow up phone call the following day to check I was recovering well. I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

Absolutely fantastic place, the attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is amazing. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I was put at ease the moment I stepped through the door. What else can I say, Tass on reception, Tom the treatment coordinator, Ruth the dental nurse, and Dr Nicolas are all absolutely amazing people. Very clean and modern. I was immediately made welcome. I sat in the waiting area to enter my details on a 'tablet'. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Coffee, tea or water was offered. The only downside is I had to go up and down some extremely steep stairs which is hard if you have mobility problems, which I do. If you can afford them I would imagine they would do a magnificent job. Except for the stairs I would give a 10 but I wasn't asked about my capabilities on stairs so will give 8.. Nigel B Davies...

I visited the clinic today along side my boyfriend who was getting 16 composite bonding done to his teeth. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with nothing but respect and received amazing hospitality whilst we was there and everyone was very friendly. The treatment took about 6 hours and was very worth it for the result we left with. Very satisfied with the clinic and couldn’t recommend them anymore! Will definitely be going back.

A truly beautiful experience. First I was greeted by the reception staff who were so welcoming. Offering tea and coffee and making sure everyone is comfortable. My consultant was Dr Shaan and he put me at ease and talked through all my options making sure I was fully aware of everything that was to come. Following this I then dealt with Josh in the finance department who couldn’t have been more helpful! Josh was professional and and committed to sorting all the finance out for me. True legend! In a nutshell, a fabulous clinic with lovely staff and I cannot wait to finally get the perfect smile!!!

Over three appointments, one of them quite long, he inspired confidence with his high level of skill, as well as professional kindness, concern and conversation. I was put as at my ease as I could be, as he talked me through options, then the procedures as he carried them out. I'm happy with the treatment and the service I received. This dental practice is so good. All the staff are lovely. My appointment today was with a dentist that had just started at the practice today. He was one of the nicest people I have met. He explained everything to me in terms I understood. Just hope he stays.
