After being a patient of Mr Hartley for many years, I was very nervous seeing Laura for the first time. I needn't have worried. Joanne the receptionist was so kind and reassuring as I waited for my appointment. Laura was very kind and informative all the way through the treatment and kept checking to make sure that I was not in any discomfort. My teeth felt great when I left and I cannot recommend The Town Dental highly enough and will certainly be less nervous in the future.

My recent visit to Francesca was excellent, she’s is warm & friendly & explains exactly what’s going on. Also Joanne on reception is also so friendly & welcoming when you arrive.

First time with the new dentist Laura and I was very impressed with the treatment I recieved. A very thorough check of my teeth, gums and soft tissue areas of my mouth followed by an intensive scaling and polishing. Laura continually asked if I was OK and gave an explanation of the procedures being carried out. All the staff were very friendly and the receptionist was very helpful. Look forward to my next visit. Exceptional in every way! From their 5-star care and treatment service to modern, calm and spacious, waiting areas. Myself and my two children go. The general care and service is attentive and the dental practitioners show genuine interest and care. The advanced implant procedures, care and after care is careful, informed and thoughtful. They really do strive for perfection. I’ve tried several dental practise in Wakefield and I’m glad I’ve finally found and settled here. Even with emergencies, they have enough team members to always see you the same day, yet remain local enough to care, which is rare for dentists.

Horbury dental clinic is always welcoming and efficient. I was attending for a complex root canal treatment. Tom and Lauren are extremely professional and caring. They put me at ease and I feel very confident and comfortable with their knowledge and expertise. I even received a follow up phone call the following day to check I was recovering well. I can highly recommend this practice. I particularly enjoy the fish tank in the waiting room - marvellous!😊

I am so pleased with the work carried out by Francois and his lovely dental nurse Lynsey. I attended at Horbury Dental Care after suffering a trauma on my front tooth which had caused it to dis-colour badly. Francois carried out a thorough consultation and provided me with a range of options starting with internal bleaching. He outlined the pros and cons and was realistic with managing my expectations. The results were much better than I expected and my tooth now looks just the same as all my others. I am delighted with the whole process and felt confident and reassured by both Francois and Lynsey throughout. Thanks to them I now feel much more confident to smile and show off my “pearly whites!” Thank-you 💕

I can highly recommend Horbury Dental Care for the way they have treated me over the last year. Communications have been excellent, and I have a warm welcome on each visit. A special mention goes to Mark Willings and dental care staff who put me at ease from day one. Marks communication throughout my treatment has been first class, and it is without doubt his professionalism, skills, knowledge, and expertise have literally put a smile back on my face.

The reception staff are always polite and helpful and the dental nurse I always have is so lovely gentle and gives me good advice regarding my oral health never feel nervous when I've got a appointment it's a really nice practice

I was a dentist phobic and Zoe and Nicola and Louise have been responsible in completely turning my fear on its head and now I am not scared of the dentist whatsoever anymore because of how amazing the staff are at St Michael's dental practice. I actually look forward to going in and always have a laugh. The staff here gave me my smile back and I can never thank them enough for changing my life.

I actively avoided going to the dentist until I joined Crigglestone Dental Care. The staff are very professional and always follow-up on mine and my children's appointments. I knew they were good when the dentist was very patient and caring with my toddler and made her feel safe and comfortable in what can be a scary environment. Considering some private work to help whiten my teeth soon.

What a lovely place this is! The reception staff and practice manager are so polite and friendly, make you feel welcome as soon as you enter. The dentists I see and have seen have been very professional and always done the best, and are always open to lots of questions. If you are looking for a great dentist with excellent service and want to feel as relaxed as possible then defo become a patient here.

I first heard about the clinic from friends. After reading the information on the website, the experience and treatment methods, I trusted Poldent. "You are in good hands," they told me at the reception. With each visit I worry less and less. The types of treatment that I encountered (canal treatment, filling) were at a high level. The doctor patiently answered all questions. Without a doubt, I recommend 100%!

The level of care at Poldent is first class. Dr Kamil is a brilliant dentist, very professional and talked me through every step which made me feel at ease. My root canal treatment was painless. Absolutely brilliant dentist! Would definitely recommend.

Today I had my tooth extracted. Everyone did a great job and were friendly and didn't make me feel anxious at all. The doctor in particular was great. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort during the tooth extraction. Thank you to the doctor and the team.

Went for extraction yesterday have to say wasn't looking forward to it but very nice staff and dentist Bianca was great made me feel relaxed explaining everything as she went along and also her nurse Imogen was very supportive too. Very quick and painless 15 minutes. Thanks again

Today I had my wisdom tooth out at the mount dental practice and I have to say they made it as pleasant as can be and assured me that it will be pain free which I can say went as smooth as possible I'd like to give a massive thank you to the lady that did the extraction she done and amazing job highly recommend this practice. They don't take new patients at the moment but if your referred there from the NHS go to this dental surgery as they gave me the best experience and I really don't like going to the dentist at the best of times so thank you for a good experience.

I was referred here by my dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction and to say I was petrified would be an understatement. I had 2 out over 20 years ago under sedation so knowing that I was only going to have an injection I was genuinely worried about the pain that awaited! I needn’t have been concerned at all and can’t praise this practice enough. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist who was really professional and even apologised that they were running a little behind. I had a female dentist who was amazing, as was her assistant. They both put me at ease assuring me that they specialise in extractions and the injection was excellent. It worked within a few minutes and I literally didn’t feel a thing. They talked me through the whole process and were compassionate about my fears constantly telling me what to expect and how well I was doing. I had this done a week ago and by following the aftercare advice I’ve not had any issue. I’m so glad I went through with it after months of putting it off and wish I’d gone sooner. I can’t thank the practice and the staff enough for being so kind and understanding, especially the dentist and her assistant. If you’re frightened or concerned about an extraction and get referred here, don’t be! Absolutely five star!

Top Jaw Implants completed by Gaya, I cannot recommend enough , was put at ease from day one, a long process but worth every penny, I have my smile and confidence back. All the staff at this surgery are kind friendly and professional, would highly recommend.

As a former nervous dental patient I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. I have just had an Implant and was absolutely dreading it. Dr Gaya was absolutely amazing though and I can only say 'no pain, big gain!'. I can honestly say my nervousness has completely gone and I will never again dread visiting my dentist. Everyone there is amazing and the care and consideration given is first class.

Everything was clearly explained and costed at the outset, and the treatment, care and technology were outstanding throughout. I am so pleased I decided to go ahead with my implant with Dr Gaya. It was a difficult decision to go ahead with as it was very new to me. Dr Gaya put me at ease and carried out the procedure efficiently. She has a quiet, knowledgeable and caring manner. All staff were professional and warm. I can smile again and I do. It has changed my life.

No complaints here. Had an emergency and was recommended my dentist for a checkup. I thought it a little odd they asked for payment upfront but in a business where you probably get messed around a lot for appointments its not the weirdest thing. I went with it not knowing what to expect but the receptionist was ever so friendly and courteous and Konstantinos was very friendly, informative and helpful. Its the only time I've ever used them and it was for a short pain relieving emergency but I cannot fault them for service or attitude. Would highly recommend.

Been to this dentist a couple of times now and my girlfriend joined recently too, they actually care about your teeth really good practice I must admit. Had my teeth cleaned today and the guy did an amazing job👌
