I don’t really like going to the dentist but Dr Virk always makes me feel reassured. I’ve had a few fillings to the front of my teeth under the gum were the enamel has worn away and I’m really pleased with the results.

The best dentist myself and my partner have ever used! Always the best service and the friendliest staff. They do a really good monthly plan and also a great Invisalign plan that has transformed our teeth and made them look better than we ever could have imagined! Iv been using this dental practice for numerous years.they are very welcoming and never had a problem before but due to my baby been in hospital I had to cancel my appointment and now apparently I'm at risk of not been able to use this dental practice because of it. I had other prioritys that that i needed to deal with.keeping my appointment was the least of my worries I even contacted them to let them know what had happened.i get that they are extremely busy and could understand if it was just a excuse.

Every experience I have with Bupa is always top draw. There texts / emails to remind me of upcoming appointments is helpful, and upon attending at the clinic, the staff are always friendly and polite and makes what can be a stressful experience less so. Keep doing what you do Bupa Castleford.

Excellent service all the way through from booking the appointment to treatment from both the dentist and hygienist. I felt that they were both thorough and informative when explaining how to take care of my teeth and avoid future problems. Highly recommended.
