Only a check up but greeted by smiling, friendly receptionists, then the dentist herself who was also friendly, informative, whose diction was first class and clear. She explained what I'd been doing right and what possible ways to help improve my mouth and teeth.
Third visit here and would happily recommend. I was very quickly given an emergency appointment before Christmas and today the reception staff member was really helpful with my toddler. Had brilliant service from both reception and the dentists here.
Amazing customer service. They even called to say I could attend earlier if I wished. All the staff were kind and helpful. Beth on reception was amazing and Thomas the dentist was lovely, especially with my son.
Receptionists very friendly and helpful, Beth is an asset to the practise, chatty and makes you feel relaxed . The consultant I saw was very reassuring and considerate and put me at ease . I would highly recommend this practise to anyone
The most relaxed, professional dental practice I've seen in a long time. I was very nervous about going to them as I have a huge dentist fear. But all the staff from the cheerful welcoming receptionist, to the dental nurses and the fesntiat himself. I will deffinaltey feel more at ease on my next visit
