A fantastic dental practice with efficient service and a friendly helpful team. From the warm welcome at reception, to the expert care from the dentist & dental nurse, everyone made it a great experience. I saw Colm Hicks and he was really thorough, put me at ease in the chair, and explained the check-up and cleaning tips in detail and both him and the nurse were really friendly and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this practice and their team!

Being a nervous patient when it comes to dentists(due to childhood experience). I was recommended by a family member who goes to the practice. I was NOT in the least bit nervous when I arrived at the practice. I was given a very warm welcome by the reception team. The dentist was lovely, explaining absolutely everything. His Dental nurse was very efficient and very reassuring when I had to have xrays as I can't usually manage them. I have to say the WHOLE experience was very good. My hygienist appointment was good also. Everyone was lovely and explained everything. All the information I needed was printed out and also emailed to me. A HUGE THANK YOU to EVERYONE from the reception team to the dentist,hygienist and the dental nurses.

Thank you for fitting me in for today's appointment, I much appreciated it. My first visit to the Ilkley branch where the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Phil as always was very thorough and professional and explained the necessary treatment well, even though the treatment plan was changed at the last minute. Both Phil and the dental nurse were very considerate of my needs and anxiety and did all they could to help. I was very pleased to receive the aftercare email on arriving home.

It was my first treatment today at this clinic . Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Dentist and Dental nurse were very nice friendly, reassuring and professional. The treatment took an hour but I was never in any pain. It was a front tooth replacement filling , which needed to be done but it looks so much better now than it did before, due to the care and attention given to it by the dentist here.

Since moving to Ilkley a few years ago we have tried a couple of other local dentists but we were never fully satisfied with their services. Since registering with The Burley Dental Suite we have been impressed by them and even our son looks forward to his checkups now! The whole team are friendly, knowledgeable, and always put us at ease. Our checkups and treatments have always been done professionally and efficiently, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dental practice in the area.

Fantastic pain free service from Nik and the team. I literally could not feel my tooth being pulled out. Highly recommend should you be in pain or want that perfect smile.

WOW is all I can say to the team at Burley dental suite! I have been wearing a denture for the last 14 years and after being told I wouldn't be able to have Implants I went to see Nick and his team. The treatment started back in August and Monday 18th December I got my crowns fitted. This is the first time in my life I have fang teeth. I can not thank the team enough. If you want great treatment at a fantastic price do not hesitate to go there. Thank you again x

Had my composite bonding done at Yorkshire dental suite and it looks amazing, couldn’t be happier. Dr Naeem took his time and made sure each tooth was perfect, he did an amazing job. Highly recommend coming here , the staff are very professional and welcoming.

Fantastic experience all round! Dr Naeem has done a superb job, complete transformation whilst also helping to correct my bite which was out of sync due to a baby tooth, causing my front teeth to shorten over the years. Staff are all really friendly, helpful and can't do enough for you if you need any advice. Great vibrant atmosphere all round!!!

Absolutely fantastic place, the attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is amazing. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I was put at ease the moment I stepped through the door. What else can I say, Tass on reception, Tom the treatment coordinator, Ruth the dental nurse, and Dr Nicolas are all absolutely amazing people. Roll on the 8th march for the first steps towards my smile makeover transformation.

I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

Got my braces off today and was very pleased with the entire duration. Really great service, gave me all of the information I needed ahead of time. Staff are all friendly and don't harm your teeth/jaw when operating (Unlike complaints I've heard from other people for different providers). Never had an issue with braces breaking/needing repairs. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I have had an amazing experience at Portman Smile. The staff was friendly and welcoming and they took the time to explain the treatment options clearly and answered all my questions. Amazing service. My daughter was anxious and the staff made her feel very comfortable and sign posted her all the way through the process and answered all her questions. They were very patient and friendly. Receptionist was lovely too and very friendly. Exceptional service and patient care.

Had emergency appointment today with Akita. I am a nhs patient yet even though she is private agreed to see me .even worked through her dinner to sort out my problem. Excellent service couldn't recommend highly enough.
