Having a major phobia of dentists, this dentist was great. Very friendly, understanding and helpful. Didn’t once brush off my phobia or concerns regarding treatment. Treatment is ongoing and I will return unlike other dentists I’ve had in the past. Thank you Phil and team.

I was seen on time for an inspection by Mr Marsh, who has been my Dentist for many years. He took time to discuss with me, at my request, potential options for replacing my front crown. This was followed up promptly by an email with a proposed treatment plan that I will be progressing with in the New Year. Thank you Mr Marsh.

Based on a recommendation from a friend I booked my children in to see Alice for a hygienist appointment. One of my children has SEN and can become distressed in new situations. Alice was not only wonderful personally in her interaction with my children - in being so fun, friendly and informative but left them with sparkling, fresh teeth. Highly recommended and it’s a lovely dentist to be in too.

By far the best practice I’ve used. I first visited The Neem Tree for an emergency root canal with Dr Anand carrying out the procedure. It was evident just how intelligent and professional he was during a very informative consultation. I was both surprised and delighted upon the session ending as I hadn’t experienced any of the discomfort I was anticipating having never had a root canal before. I followed this up with regular hygienist appointments with Alice who’s wealth of knowledge changed my habits for the better overnight. She’s gone above and beyond in our sessions and I truly felt my wellbeing was the only priority. Feeling as if in your in the right hands with people that truly care really matters, Alice made me feel just this from the get-go. The rest of the team I’ve encountered have been delightful, it’s refreshing the find a practice with such a high level of expertise matched with their care for the customer. I’ve since sent friends their way and will continue to do so.

I moved over to Harewood 18 months ago and have never looked back. My dentist is thorough but pragmatic, and would never suggest work that didn't truly need to be done. The customer service is excellent, I can always get an appointment quickly, and the handover to their specialist implant surgeon was seamless. A great dental practice, and I have experience of quite a few!

My wife and I have attended this HDP since it first opened so we have seen many changes over the years. We have always been impressed with the standards of care and professionalism from all of team who have looked after our dental needs. This was recently put to the test when my wife was diagnosed with cancer soon after a complex program of dental implants had begun. Suffice it to say, the cancer treatment caused significant delays and changes but once she was given the OK to proceed, the whole team at Hersham pulled out all the stops. We could not have been treated better, nor more fairly. We will always be so grateful to Monty and his team……

For as long as I can remember I have been petrified of going to the dentist, so much so that as a child I would hide the ‘check up is due’ letter from my parents when they arrived in the post. On my most recent visit Lorraine and the team were so welcoming. I had some work done by Sonia and Lucie, they were calming and reassuring, doing everything they could to ensure I was as relaxed and as comfortable as possible. Principal Dentist, Dr. Alex Jabour, is highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable, clearly staying up-to-date and keenly engaged with the latest advancements in dentistry. His ability to illustrate procedures and make complex work accessible always makes me feel confident and at ease. He takes a holistic approach carefully considering and explaining complex procedures in the context of overall dental health. I am always impressed by the quality of care during my visits - Castelnau Dental hygienist Daria, equally does excellent and professionally thorough work.

Alex is ELITE. Highly recommended, always welcoming and will look after you like no other. You may have to wait a few weeks for an appointment but it’s 100% worth the wait. Top man.

Thomas Norlin is very kind, friendly and patient. He did a wonderful job putting my temporary crown in its the only one I’ve had that lasted for the time it should, in fact it didn’t come out easily. Had the new crown fitted today it was very quick, feels great and can eat on it straight away. Very happy with the whole experience. Thank you Thomas.

I tried the new tooth spa treatment today. It was great. If you have sensitive teeth like me it's worth the extra £15. My teeth feel really nice and definitely look cleaner. Will definitely be having it again.

Abbeymead Dental Centre is always fantastic. Been coming here for years and it’s always impressive with lovely people and the latest technology. Today, the hygienist used a new Airflow machine. Really effective and didn’t give the ‘oooh is it going to hurt?’ feeling. Much more comfortable and apparently cleans better.

I met Nadine a couple weeks ago for an emergency appointment to fix a retainer. She was super attentive and welcoming and genuinely one of the best dentist I've had. I immediately booked in a hygienist appointment with her and once again provided an amazing service with useful feedback. Thoroughly recommend Nadine for future visits. Amazing staff at Addlestone branch! Especially, Dr Bianca and Dr Mani who are so brilliant at what they do. I have had teeth implants and several extraction and fillings. I am very pleased with my smile and I can finally eat. Thank you very much.

I’ve been a patient for a few years now and I must say Dr Sami and all of the team at crown house are lovely, I used to be a nervous patient however Dr Sami and all of his amazing nurses have made me realise there is nothing to worry about when your coming here due to their kind, gentle nature.
