I have had emergency fillings, temporary fillings, a big long root canal and most recently visited the hygienist - every dentist, dental assistant and receptionist I've come across has been amazing. I can't fault them at all and as someone who grew up fearing the dentist, I never have any hesitation in coming back.

I was seen at very short notice at 9am on the Monday having only phoned an hour earlier with an emergency and despite not being a current patient. My problem was dealt with very efficiently and the dentist carefully explained what the issue was, everything that was happening/ being done and as to why. I emerged less than an hour later minus one wisdom tooth but with the pain extinguished. A very satisfied patient.

First time here, was able to book an emergency appointment for the next day. Friendly lady on reception, and dentist was fantastic at reassuring me and explaining what was happening. Happy to say this will be my regular now.

What a great team! I used to come here years ago, but then moved away. On my return I came to Waterden, still the same, but better if possible. Mitul was gentle and so honest which I appreciated, Sachi the hygienist, definitely the best I’ve ever had and Melissa the receptionist a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

The Waterden Dental Practice was recommended to me by a friend a few years ago. It has such a lovely, friendly atmosphere! I had a root canal/crown procedure a couple of years ago with Richard / Mittal which was painless with great results (unlike a previous experience elsewhere!) I have recently had a tooth implant by Mo which I am absolutely thrilled with. He did such a good job. It’s quite an invested procedure which happens over a few months but the end result is outstanding. Mo explained everything as he went along and it wasn’t at all painful (just a bit uncomfortable at times). Thoroughly recommend!

All the staff were polite and welcoming. Dr Rachayita was great, she treated me well and did her job most efficiently. Thank you!

I had my son booked in for an extraction at another practice in a few weeks time, but the tooth had started to really hurt so I called Guildford Dental Practice as I required an emergency appointment. They were able to fit us in promptly and I am so glad they did. Not only did they manage to fix the problem but they managed to do it without an extraction which the other practice had said was required. The dentist and her assistant were lovely and very nurturing in nature which put my son at ease. The work carried out was fantastic and I was really expecting to pay more for everything they had done. My son actually enjoyed his visit and wanted me to snap a picture for mum who could not make the appointment. I will be using your services again, thanks so much!

I had long standing problems with my teeth and gums.I had my treatment all the time in Germany after initial bad experience with a Dentist in London. I am a Doctor in A E . When I worked in Guildford , I came to know about this practice and the Dentist Dr Shenbagavalli . Initially I was hesitant , but thought of giving a try ...it's probably the best decision I made to save my teeth and keep up my oral Hygiene. She was honest, competent and knowledgeable Dentist. She did not do procedures to rip me off monetarily... and the treatment was appropriate , meticulous and excellent standard. The staff in the Practice are excellent . I thank every one of them. As a A E doctor, I know lots of people turn up in A E with dental problems, most of them had no access to a good , competent Dentist. I had a root canal treatment by Dr Andreas Louloudiadis. He is certainly very professional and knowledgeable. The doctor was polite, calming and he was explaining each step of the procedure, all of which made me much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend him. Brilliant dentist. Thanks a lot to Elaine and Nikki for amazing treatment - I would recommend to anyone. I had 7 months Invisalign then whitening and a chipped tooth fixed and the transformation is amazing. My teeth were pretty awful and crooked and now look great so I'm dead happy. Dr Dang is a breath of fresh air in the dentistry world. Always happy, smiling, approachable, putting me at my ease. I don't enjoy having dentistry work carried out but she makes it a joy to visit the practice and I know I am in very safe hands.

Elaine Dang and Nicky did my Invisalign. I am very happy with the results, my teeth look so straight and completely different to how my teeth looked when we started the procedure! Such a fast process and would definitely recommend 😊

I needed an urgent intervention after hours for a painful toothache and got really lucky: a follow up appointment was necessary and everything was resolved within 5 days. I found Dr Kumar very professional, giving explanations before proceeding and having a steady hand and attention to my pain management. Her helpers were also professional, even though I suspect some of them were students being trained. I recommend this practice and will go again for follow ups.

Since Dr. Kumar took over the practice the quality of service has gone up substantially. The previous practitioner that used to run the practice wasn't terrible, but there was always something small that left me unhappy. Both my wife and myself are very happy with this dentists :)

I approached as a new patient having been led to understand elsewhere that implant surgery was my best and only option to deal with pain from a fractured molar. Thankfully Swetha took the time to investigate properly and established the tooth could be saved and after 3 appointments for root canal work and eventual fitting of an overlay ( designed and built to fit the tooth using impressive and state of the art technology ) my course of treatment ended and at probably less than half the initially envisaged cost. At all times the treatment was clearly explained and overall my patient experience, and care received, could not have been improved. Many thanks. I've no hesitation in recommending this practise now owned and run by Swetha and her team.

Had Invisalign to straighten my teeth and a veneer. Shiva and Bandana were amazing! They were a great team. Shiva talked me through the whole process at each stage. She was so supportive. Gave great attention to detail and her standards were very high. Completely trusted her and Bandana. Whole thing took about 8 months and so proud to show off my teeth! Receptionists very friendly too!!
