I have been going to Iosis for over 8 years. The level of care is above and beyond. They have been looking after my children's teeth providing best advise and treatments all along. All staff (dentist, nurses, office) are very friendly and incredibly helpful at all time. Highly recommend them.
Clean and welcoming reception. Would make CQC rating more obvious in reception area and touch up holes in walls. Upstairs waiting room small so would pop some mirrors up to make more spacious feeling Dental nurse needs to improve communication skills and read child’s body language better Dentist did great at reassuring and educating Overall good impression
I am very grateful that we have such a good dentist on our doorstep. Reception staff are always cheerful,well presented and helpful. My dentist is simply wonderful and the hygienist kind and considerate. The practice certainly deserves the 5 stars I have allocated.
Whole family have been looked after here for some years. Very friendly receptionists who always try to get the most convenient appointments avoiding school times. Dental care excellent.
A brilliant dental practice. The staff on reception are always cheerful and welcoming. They answer any queries you may have. My dentist Sam is amazing. He takes time to understand and facilitate my medical conditions. Would highly recommend!
