I know when some people go to the dentist they dread it. However I quite look forward to a visit to see Samantha, Sarah and Natalie at Burneston Dental, it's like seeing old friends! The practise is always welcoming and spotlessly clean. Always good advice (FLOSS!) and on the occasions when I have had to had a filling or a chip repaired the work has been done to a very high standard. The booking reminders via email are super helpful too. Could not recommend more.

Great practise, lovely staff and have kept my teeth in tip top condition! Have been coming here for many many years and always have positive things to say - recommend all of my friends :)

A recent incident required rapid attention. Natalie worked diligently to find me an early appointment to see Anand (best dentist in the world in my opinion). A temporary solution was effected immediately and options discussed for the longer term. The solution was an extraction which was done and all seemed fine but a subsequent visit to Alex the hygienist identified some inflammation. Anand was called in for an examination and prescribed antibiotics and a review agreed after two weeks. At the review minor work was done and all fine. Great teamwork by a very professional team. I noticed some negative comments posted regarding appointments but I must stress my experience was entirely positive.

I would like to thank all the staff at Burneston Dental for their exceptionally high standards and friendly approach to me as a patient. Brilliant dentist. Thanks a lot to Elaine and Nikki for amazing treatment - I would recommend to anyone. I had 7 months Invisalign then whitening and a chipped tooth fixed and the transformation is amazing. My teeth were pretty awful and crooked and now look great so I'm dead happy. Everyone at the dental practice is nice and friendly and it has been a pleasure to go there throughout treatment. Thanks a lot and see you soon when I need a checkup!

Dr Dang is a breath of fresh air in the dentistry world. Always happy, smiling, approachable, putting me at my ease. I don't enjoy having dentistry work carried out but she makes it a joy to visit the practice and I know I am in very safe hands.

I found out I needed a root canal treatment having never had any form of dental work before. I was incredibly anxious, but shouldn’t have been as Andreas was completely fabulous. During my initial consultation appointment, he clearly explained to me what the issue was and exactly what my treatment options were. He was then able to fit me in first thing the following morning for the root canal treatment. I didn’t feel the anaesthetic injection and had absolutely no pain throughout the procedure. Both Andreas and his assistant were calming, kind, caring and very professional. I couldn’t have wanted for a better experience, and even asked Andreas if he could be my regular dentist from now on! The biggest “thank you” to Andreas and all of the Dene Lodge team - you’re wonderful, and really helped a very nervous patient.

Elaine Dang and Nicky did my Invisalign. I am very happy with the results, my teeth look so straight and completely different to how my teeth looked when we started the procedure! Such a fast process and would definitely recommend 😊

I had a very pleasant experience during my dental treatment. It was very professionally done. I am more than happy with the result and as I came from Germany the treatment was equally good as I was used to, even very trustworthy in the treatment options and recommendations. I had long standing problems with my teeth and gums.I had my treatment all the time in Germany after initial bad experience with a Dentist in London. I am a Doctor in A E . When I worked in Guildford , I came to know about this practice and the Dentist Dr Shenbagavalli . Initially I was hesitant , but thought of giving a try ...it's probably the best decision I made to save my teeth and keep up my oral Hygiene. She was honest, competent and knowledgeable Dentist. She did not do procedures to rip me off monetarily... and the treatment was appropriate , meticulous and excellent standard. The staff in the Practice are excellent . I thank every one of them. As a A E doctor, I know lots of people turn up in A E with dental problems, most of them had no access to a good , competent Dentist. Very professional dental centre. Been with them for several years now. Jessica is brilliant and also very good with seeing children. Any time you can ask any questions and the booking system with reminders helps keeping the regular appointments.

I had an emergency appointment with Dr Bachra for my wisdom tooth pain and we talked through options. She cleaned my tooth and advised extraction. I returned 2 days later for it to be removed. I was a very nervous patient, and I was reassured and talked through every step. I am so pleased with the care that I received. Thank you so much!

Jessica is amazing not only does she make you feel comfortable she is very informative and explains everything really well. She is also really good with children especially ones that find a dentist trip very overwhelming she takes the time to explain everything she is doing and using and gives them time and support to put them at ease.

Jessica has been my dentist for a few years now. She is the most thorough and helpful dentist I’ve ever had. My teeth would be in a far better state if I’d had her advice when I was younger!

I want to say a massive thank you to Dr Mohsin o Ali who is a real professional! I had very problematic wisdom teeth with curved roots which were located very close to the facial nerves. Other doctors avoided such a hard surgery, but Dr. Ali removed all 4 wisdom teeth easily! The healing process was not very bad and now I don't feel any pain anymore. So, if you are looking for a good surgeon plus you're anxious and frightened when you think about the surgery, I definitely recommend you Dr. Ali as you will feel nothing during the procedure and you'll be impressed by his skills!

Outstanding care received today for a root removal, the surgery is immaculately clean, the staff are incredibly professional and friendly. I was blown away at how quickly and efficiently I was seen and the procedure was completed. Having had plenty of dental work in the past, this experience was almost a pleasure! I was very nervous about having my tooth extracted, but the staff were kind and reassuring. Dr Mohsin O Ali put me at ease. He is clearly very skilled and managed to remove my tooth in a few minutes with no pain whatsoever. This is the best dentist I’ve been to. I won’t be so scared next time!

The dentist Qasim, was excellent, he was very professional and thorough. He really knew his craft and his consultation for Invisalign was a great experience, everything was concisely explained and broken down. He also carried out a check up and quick polish, including some X-Rays. Overall it was a fantastic appointment, as far as dentist appointments go. The ladies at reception were also very polite, enthusiastic and friendly, they were also really helpful. I left the practise feeling happy and absolutely confident to return for other services and treatments. Thank you very much.

I have been coming here for many years (since 2001), as have the rest of the family and we have always had a very positive experience. Our children were never frightened of the dentist when they were young and now have very good teeth and brushing habits. We have had Fiona Wylie as our dentist from the start when it was an independent practice before it was run by Oasis and now Bupa. The service is very good - easy to book with text reminders etc. and the medical care is excellent with up to date equipment and all aspects of oral hygiene and care covered: Inspection, assessment, recommendations for daily care and scaling and polishing. The cost of care is average and well worth it for what you get. I would highly recommend this practice.

Had cracked wisdom tooth and this practice was the only one that would accept an NHS appointment at a short notice. The amazing, kind dentist was very understanding. A lifesaver, really. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone in Guildford.

This is a great practice. Just had my 3rd crown and second root canal with them. This root canal/crown was super tricky - kinky roots and not much to put a crown on. I was not keen on the implant or denture route, so they said they’d try two posts. Touch and go whether it would work, but they did a beautiful job and saved yet another tooth. Always help me understand what’s going on and give me options. Absolute trust with them 🙂

Since Dr. Kumar took over the practice the quality of service has gone up substantially. The previous practitioner that used to run the practice wasn't terrible, but there was always something small that left me unhappy. Both my wife and myself are very happy with this dentists :)

Very friendly and professional . I’ve never encountered such a good working relationship between dentist and nurse - both listening to each other and sharing their expertise . They also kept me informed of each step of my treatment and answered any questions I had .

Finding a good dentist in the UK can be challenging, but Sugi is the best for our family.

I have been a patient at this practice my whole life and have always been happy with the service. Dentists are always professional and kind, and I have been particularly impressed with how they have interacted with my daughter. As a result she loves visiting the dentist! Highly recommend.

Had Invisalign to straighten my teeth and a veneer. Shiva and Bandana were amazing! They were a great team. Shiva talked me through the whole process at each stage. She was so supportive. Gave great attention to detail and her standards were very high. Completely trusted her and Bandana. Whole thing took about 8 months and so proud to show off my teeth! Receptionists very friendly too!!

Sugi great, she advised Sensodyne toothpaste which made my teeth back to life. No previous dentists thought of it, details make the difference. A to z good surgery.
