However, I did encounter a challenge when trying to book an appointment with the hygienist. Due to financial constraints, I inquired about paying in installments before the appointment, but unfortunately, it wasn’t an option. While I completely understand that payments need to be made upfront, I believe offering more flexible payment options would greatly benefit patients, especially during these challenging times with the rising cost of living. For example, allowing patients to pay half upfront and the remaining balance before their appointment could provide the flexibility many people need. Implementing such a system would show care and understanding towards patients while encouraging more people to prioritise their oral health. I value the service provided here and believe that adopting a flexible approach to payments could strengthen the bond between the practice and its patients, fostering loyalty and trust.
