Faultless service of the very highest order delivered by Nick Ross today. I was working in Winchester and realised I'd damaged a filling, so rang this firm in a panic (having read their Google Reviews). Was warmly welcomed in and waited; the receptionist booked me in with Nick, who had a cancellation. A better dentist I could not have asked for; professional, calm, friendly, gentle, understanding, and patient. Probably the best dental experience I've ever had, and if I lived nearer, I'd sign up in a heartbeat. Recommend unreservedly.

Similar to many others I had a very good experience here. I needed an implant and crown. Nick Ross was excellent throughout. It was expensive, about 25% more than other private implant options in Winchester, but was recommended by a number of friends and I'm glad I chose to go with Nick. He is great at putting you at ease even through the unpleasant pulling of the old tooth, and it was easy to relax and trust he was doing good work. The treatment plan went as expected and the end result is excellent, the new crown looks very natural and compared to another older crown next to it, from another dentist, it looks like an original tooth. I had no problems during the treatment, and getting appointments quickly was easy, they were able to start the process two weeks after I decided to go for it. I went for two years 0% finance offered by the clinic, which was arranged easily and smoothly. Expensive but worth it, in my opinion. I only saw Nick Ross, and can't comment on any of the other dentists working there. December 24.

I had such a good experience with this dental practice. I am very scared and anxious of going to the dentist in general, but Amelia is incredibly patient and supportive. She is definitely the best dentist I have ever been to. Cannot praise her enough for being so kind and putting me at ease.

I am on the list of patients for this dentists, and I had a loss of a filling which was a week away from my celebratory holiday. They obliged very quickly and solved the issue. The front desk staff were helpful in arranging the appointment and the dentist did a great job on the filling. I have to admit that the expense surprised me a bit, but given my situation at the time I was happy to pay.

I have been with Andover Dental Practice for many years and the treatment I and my family have received has always been excellent and professional. Fillings are never a pleasant thought and having had 2 very old fillings replaced over the past week, Amelia sorted them out without me feeling a thing. Finding a dentist you not only trust but have full confidence in their skill and professionalism is a price worth paying!

My first time meeting Dirk, he was extremely welcoming, friendly and communicated well throughout my appointment. He made sure to make time, to meet my personal requests and his assistant was also reassuring whilst having treatment. Very happy with the service received. Ladies on reception are also always friendly and prompt in managing the patients.

I have been dealing with the most fantastic Dentist and Nurse at the surgery. Omar has been so thorough and supportive with a new plate I have had made. Since after Christmas my plate has been getting loose. Yesterday Omar fitted me in at the end of his surgery. He took time to readjust and try to make the plate fit. Nothing has been a problem. He has treated me with patience, reassurance and complete professionalism. I feel certain that the problem is going to be rectified. Thank you both for your first class customer service.

Great from start to finish. Karen is very welcoming and helpful on reception. Roula the dentist has a fantastic approach and spent lots of time going through different options with me. Caroline the nurse was superb all the way through and overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience here.

At every visit to this dentist I have always found the receptionist, Jan, friendly and helpful. This particular visit was to have three fillings done, to rectify a chip on the back of a lower tooth and to fill in two others where the gum has worn off and exposed the root. Ali the dentist was quick and efficient and performed the fillings expertly. I am very pleased with the results - my teeth look great!

I've just had a single extraction and bridge fitted. Provably no big deal to most, but to a 51 year old with a 40 year severe dental phobia, quite the deal! Everyone was just so lovely yet professional, putting me at as much ease as possible. The procedure was painless and the staff just so great. I trusted them and dare I say I actually had fun! In honesty, there was a tad of faff with swapping dates between initial appointment and treatment, but worth the wait, would have been 4.5 stars but there wasn't an option!!

Totally restored my faith in dentists, Swetha went above and beyond to help me out with desparate dental work that needed doing and did the main work (which was a huge job) all within just 1 week so that l could actually travel 200 miles for my fathers funeral in no pain thankyou to her, Swethas work is exceptional but the friendly approach towards me being an upsetting time was so caring and amazing, l am going back soon for her to finish other problems l have and actually looking forward to the rest of the treatment, the photos speak volumes, thankyou amazing Swetha

We joined Oliver’s Battery dental surgery at the beginning of the year and we cannot fault their practice at all. They have shown so much care and patience towards my two children. My son who once was anxious of our previous dentist now looks forward to seeing his dentist and says ‘I love my dentist!’. Even when my son had an emergency appointment regarding his teeth after an accident, they provided him with so much care and comfort. Also, not forgetting the amazing ladies on the reception who are so supportive, helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this dental surgery enough!

I am very nervous about attending the dentist but in just 3 visits Vanessa Mata who is now my dentist has taken me from a crying wreck in her chair on the first visit to being able to have 4 fillings in a visit with no stress or worries at all, she's an absolute miracle worker , first time in years I've not worried about attending the dentist. The reception staff at this practice are always welcoming and helpful, particularly when an emergency arises. The hygienist, dentists and nurses are gentle and very thorough. I think Dr Mohammad is particularly good as last year he extracted a bad tooth and just recently carried out a root canal filling for me. In both cases he showed great skill and made sure I felt no pain whatsoever. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough!

Dr. Ioana Felecan and the nurse Tina are simply amazing. I’ve been trying to find a good dentist in Hampshire for months now. Ioana gave me two fillings and both look immaculate. Ioana is super friendly, professional and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Finally found a dentist I can truly trust. Will be back to start Invisalign and cannot wait. Excellent dental practice. I had a severe dental emergency and was referred by NHS 111. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I had previous bad experiences with a dentist which left me fearful and stressed at the thought of going to the dentist. Upon entering the practice, I was impressed at how professional it looked. The reception team were very friendly and helpful, and put me at ease. They really cared, and made a super impression on me. I saw the dentist within minutes of arriving, and she listened to me explain what I had been through with the infected tooth. She explained the options to me in a professional warm way. I chose to have the tooth extracted. She explained that there would be an expert dentist available on Friday to do the extractions. So I booked an appointment to come back to see this dentist, Huma. On arriving for the extraction, I met Huma, and found her super warm and kind, so unlike any dentist I have ever met so far. She was so kind, gentle, professional. She was an expert at dealing with a nervous traumatised patient like me. She was really switched on to how I was feeling, and kept giving me breaks in the treatment. Incredibly Huma got the tooth out in minutes, which surprised me. I had been told by my previous dentist that it was a very complicated extraction and that I would need a surgical extraction. Huma took one look at it and told me it would be "easy", and it was for her! I am so relieved that I found this wonderful practice, and I have now registered as a private patient and it is the only dental practice I will go to from now on. Thanks for a great experience and an end to my pain Bupa, Southgate St in Winchester. The only thing to mention is that there is no parking nearby. I parked at Tower Street multistory and it was a 10 minute walk to the practice.

I have been a patient of this dental practice for a number of yrs and always been super impressed, however I felt I needed to write a review today to highlight the most wonderful staff! I have a complete fear of the dentist and attending is itself quite an ordeal for me, even talking on the phone about an appointment. Kylie is the most wonderful asset to the practice, truly fantastic! Calm, kind and so reassuring, thank you. I visited the surgery today and recognised her voice on reception-and had to say thank you to her. My dentist Mo, and wonderful nurse, Fortunate have worked so hard to help me and my nerves-when I arrived today Jeannette was the dental nurse instead which really threw me, but I needn’t have worried-she was so kind and patient with me. Mo is one in a million-he is so mindful of my concerns and reassures me constantly. Thank you OBDS for being outstanding, I left today and once again booked my next appt which is a HUGE step for me-eternally grateful to you all.

Me minty is always caring, compassionate and treats me very well. Very nervous at the dentist and he’s the only person I trust to do anything. He always puts my nerves at ease.

Treatment is good. Communication less so. For instance, I'm in the middle of treatment to have a crown fitted. It takes a number of appointments. It would be good to be told at the beginning, "There will be X appointments; the first will do Y and will take Z minutes; the second will do A and will take B minutes, etc." Otherwise when you have to take time off work, you don't know when you'll be back. There can be a big difference between a 10 minute appointment that happens on time and a 30 minute appointment that starts 15 minutes late (as mine did). Yesterday the dentist asked me if I wanted "numbing", but hadn't explained what he was going to do and I had to ask in order to make an informed decision. Also I'd booked for 08:30. They are very good at sending reminders, but when I checked the latest I saw that it was now for 08:40. There had been no direct communication that the time had changed, nor anyone asking whether that was still convenient.

My daughters and I see Alice Fleming at chesil. She is absolutely brilliant. So professional, kind and warm - you feel totally at ease with her. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr Kit Spears and his team provide a top quality professional dental implant service. Dr Spears is technically deft and precise, uses the latest equipment, and all his procedures were carefully and competently executed.He communicated well with me throughout and was always well prepared for each appointment. I felt reassured that I was in expert hands from start to finish.Highly recommended and a real asset to the practice.

I’m blown away, I needed an emergency appointment for my 1yr old within 3hrs as we were flying to Bali the same day. The receptionist did all she could to get us in, the dentist we saw was so great with my daughter, which was her first visit. She filled the two chipped parts of her front teeth very efficiently with the time she had working on a toddler! And was very informative with the options before hand and also with after care.
