Watercress Dental has been my go-to dental practice for over seven years, and I've always had positive experiences. The staff is professional and friendly, and they always make sure I'm comfortable during my appointments. I highly recommend Watercress Dental to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dental practice.

I first used Watercress Dental for a broken wisdom tooth several years ago (don't eat pork scratchings 3 days before your honeymoon!), when Tom repaired it in time for a holiday and planned for a crown but life got in the way and the "temporary" repair was so good it lasted 3 years until recently, when I started getting hyper-sensitivity in the tooth, making it uncomfortable to eat and even breathing in cold air would set it off. My own fault... I lived with it for a couple of weeks hoping it would go away but now, again due to go away on a big holiday for 3 weeks, I didn't want it to get worse or impact it. I saw Marcello and after a few x-rays it was determined that the previous temporary repair had reached the end of the line and it was time for a full root canal. A week later I saw Fawad for the job but some complications with severe inflammation meant that the job had to be abandoned halfway and the tooth packed with medicine and temporarily refilled again and a week of ibuprofen needed to calm it down enough to finish the job. Yesterday (2 weeks later) the job was completed and I'm good to go on holiday, pain and sensitivity free. I'd heard nothing but horror stories about wisdom tooth root canal surgery but found completely the opposite with Fawad and the two dental nurses who assisted him. Even throughout the complications while in the chair he was super calm and surprisingly informative, answering my questions and telling me what he was doing, why, and the expected effects/problems it would solve, while checking in that I was alright throughout. I don't generally write reviews of healthcare professionals, but felt compelled to write this as a result of Fawad's patience, expertise and overall nature. I'm sure he would agree that the issue turned out to be much more complicated/long-winded/invasive than initially expected once inside the tooth and yet I left after nearly 2 hours in the chair each time with no pain after the anaesthetic wore off and on both occasions I went from his chair back to my office chair and cracked on with my day as normal.

Marchello was amazing. His diagnosis of the issue and resolution delivered a super repair and at an affordable as price. The whole experience was very pleasing and when I require further dental work I will return to this practice.

Dr Laura Hills @Watercress Dental is really lovely and extremely patient. My visits to the dentist are very easy and not unpleasant at all. I would certainly recommend Laura Hills if you want a lovely confident, capable and caring dentist.

Their calm and kind manner along with knowing you are in the very best of hands is everything you could wish for, I really couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

A very relaxed check up appointment with Will. He is very easy going and creates a comfortable atmosphere in the surgery. The receptionist and Dental Nurse were also very friendly. 10 January 2025 A hygienist appointment with Nicole today. She is always so welcoming and friendly. She was very thorough and gentle as always with her treatment. Thank you Nicole. I always receive a lovely welcome from the reception team as well.

Such a great dentist! I can honestly say I’ve never had such a thorough check up as I’ve had with Jay he really does love his job it’s clear to see! Also the hygienist is amazing and also had a consultation with Will Shaw today about veneers and he’s super knowledgeable and I feel like he really took on board and understood exactly what I’m looking to achieve with my teeth. Would recommend to anyone!

Never a problem with my Dentist Dr Will Shaw, I always receive such good treatment. He puts me at ease. I've been going to Ancells Farm Dentist now for many years. Chloe on reception is very nice. I never worry about attending my 6-monthly appointments. I met Will's colleague Michael a few days ago who seems lovely. I am happy to think that if Will wasn't there I could see Michael. Thank you so much for your expert attention to my teeth over the years.

I cannot praise the friendliness and professionalism of the dentist (Mehrdad) and his receptionist/dental nurse (Cheryl) enough. They are lovely people and really put me at ease, making what could be an anxious visit a very pleasant experience. Not only that, I feel they really care about their patients. A far cry from how dentistry was in the old days! Top marks and thanks to them. Visit with total confidence!

I managed to get an emergency appointment this morning with Monika and Jaime. Ali (receptionist) was amazing, she listened to everything I had to say and helped with lots of great advice. They were absolutely amazing, they managed to diagnose an infection straight away and prescribe me with antibiotics. Monika was so kind and gentle and made me feel at ease when I was very anxious due to the pain I had. Thank you Grayshott Dental Practise!

I have been with Grayshott dentist for over 20 years, the staff have always been friendly and have been able to accommodate me in an emergency. I have always been extremely nervous around dentist, but I recently saw Francis. What a difference I have seen since being treated by her, thanks to her patience and kindness it has now made going to the dentist alot easier.

Lovely staff with beautiful smiles. Very friendly and professional. Quality dental work with no pain. Another pleasant (and in my case costly) visit. Somehow I left with a smile once again. Go figure.

Number 5 dental were excellent and helped me undergo a wisdom tooth extraction without any worry or pain. Neelam was great as always, I really appreciated that I could get an on the day appointment as I had had toothache. I was promptly referred on to the endodontist who also managed to see me same day. Really great service, thank you.

Helpful reception bookings, able to give choice of dates and times. No one likes the procedure of a hygienist visit but the hygienist at My Dentist Alresford was so sensitive to this and made it as comfortable as possible and gave great advice on aftercare of teeth.

I am having implant treatment with Vish. He is great puts you at your ease and clearly very experienced and no rush. The rest of the team are lovely very friendly and welcoming. Would certainly recommend them all.

Fantastic! Receptionist was lovely to start with, then called into the dentist and can honestly say she was the nicest dentist I have ever attended! Friendly, took time to listen and explain what was needed. Put my nerves at rest and was just very nice. This is what all dentists should be like!

So, I don’t like going to the dentist, ever. I moved into Liphook and needed a new dentist but I didn’t realise how important it would be to me. Because of the way I’m cared for there, I now have regular hygienist appointments and great looking teeth. Dr. Sound has improved my smile by fixing my very crooked teeth in a sympathetic way. I wish I had found him before and am recommending him to all my friends and family. I have recently undergone an extensive treatment plan at Zebon Dental as a brand new customer. Very fortunately the Zebon team transformed my first desperate urgent situation into a much healthier and stable one. The overall very friendly approach from reception to dentist made everything a pleasant experience. Anita went the extra mile, from in depth discussions regarding the condition of my teeth and options available. Anita, Charlotte and Lorna are caring, friendly and empathetic, and created a fun and relaxed atmosphere in the surgery. I highly recommend the Zebon Practice!

Last week I had 2 appointments with Anita. I am a new client and a nervous one, due to difficulties encountered elsewhere. During my 1st appointment both Anita and Lorna ensured I was comfortable at all times, and showed a level of empathy and kindness I was really impressed with. Their communication was excellent so that I knew exactly what was happening. My 2nd appointment involved even more extensive and tricky treatment, yet again I had total confidence in Anita's skill. She is, quite simply, the best dentist I have ever been treated by. Her skill, knowledge and professionalism combined with her kind, calm and careful approach mean I will no longer dread a dental appointment. In addition she uses technology and techniques to provide a totally 5 star outcome. I cannot recommend the entire practice highly enough.

I was so impressed with my experience at Zebon Dental. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in to when I left. I was very nervous before my procedure but Mr Kerawala and the nurse (unfortunately I have forgotten her name!) with him did such a great job of putting me at ease before my procedure. Communicated very well what to expect and it was a very painless procedure. Although I couldn’t answer because I was working, I appreciated the follow up call the next day.

Great experience at Owlsmoor Dentist today, careful not to give me any pain and explained what he was doing all the time.

I’m an extremely nervous patient and I can highly recommend Dr Dhinsa, he helped me through 2 tooth extractions and a filling without sending me into a panic attack. He also let me play my own music which was very nice.
