James came to the rescue when a hot water pipe exploded in my home. He arrived quickly after my emergency and within a couple of hours, the issue was completely resolved. James came out quickly on a Friday morning as our boiler wouldn't turn on. As we were coming into winter and having had a few issues with the boiler over the last 18 months, we decided to do an emergency boiler replacement. Thankfully, James did this on the same day, and by Friday evening we had a new boiler. I wouldn't hesitate to use KT Gas again for any future work.

James was very quick to respond (my request was out of hours), was at the property at the time specified and sorted the heating problem (a new programmer was needed) there and then. Very impressed with the level of service, responsiveness and his handling of the job. Would definitely recommend.

James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. Fitted an additional part at no extra charge. Even wore little blue plastic socks to cover his shoes. Highly recommend, will use again.
