Russell has been taking care of the boiler (installed it as well) for over 7 years. He is completely reliable, arrives when he says he will, and is very good at explaining in simple layman's terms what needs to be done. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours.
So refreshing to find someone who we can feel confident in. They know what they are doing and explain things clearly to us. After quite a few bad experiences with other engineers, we are very pleased with the work done and will be returning for regular servicing.
Has serviced my boiler for several years now. In addition has helped with other boiler queries and problems promptly. Reliable. Good rates. Flexible with appointments. I can't remember how I discovered him, but glad I did.
Russell was prompt and helpful ahead of attending, and efficient when replacing our gas hob for us. Charged reasonably and did a great job. Recommend, and will likely use him again for any future plumbing issues
