After experiencing endless visits from various plumbers, heating engineers and another leak specialist company we finally got to the bottom of the issue. Our water bill was very high compared to the last bill we had so we contacted a company to do some checks. They suggested we might have a leak in the property, conducted some tests and indeed identified a leak! They suggested we contact a leak detection company to assist us to locate a leak. We called Pro Leak Detection Limited who sent their engineers out. The engineers used a gas in the pipe and located the leak in the drive. They located the pipe and I must say I’m impressed at how careful they were to avoid damaging our drive. They cut the pipe and repaired it and suggested we upgrade our main to a plastic one. I probably will at a later stage. Thank you for being patient with all my questions and for assisting me. I appreciate all the effort both your engineers made.

I’ve used the team for two issues, both of which they sorted out brilliantly. First, my mother’s heating system stopped working. Tracking down the issue was made very complicated by my late father having rewired the whole system himself to a “bespoke” set up. Despite this the guys would not be bested and tracked down the fault to a faulty diverter valve, something only possible once they had understood the rather special setup. All now works perfectly without needing to fully rewire everything. Second, my boiler had a fault which two previous plumbers could not diagnose, one of which was an engineer sent out by Glow Worm. Again the guys persevered and correctly diagnosed the fault. Unfortunately it meant a new boiler, but they sourced one quickly and did a perfect installation. I was not pressured to get a new boiler - they were keen to show me that a new boiler was the cost-effective solution compared to repair but it was always my choice, and post installation evidence has shown they were right. All work done quickly, politely and at a very fair price. Faultless and would highly recommend (have already done so to a friend).

The guys came out the very next day after I called. They very quickly identified my leak under the concrete floor and fixed it. They provided me with a report. They cleaned up afterwards aswell. Really pleased with both the guys and the service from start to finish.
