Rowland Construction carried out a ground floor extension and remodelling for us. The job started and finished early. There were many people working on the build every day, and all of them were friendly, hardworking and considerate. Our home was always kept as clean and tidy as possible (we lived in it throughout), and we were kept well informed about progress of the build. Scott's site manager, Aaron, is a perfectionist, and a really superb communicator. It was a huge weight off my mind to feel complete trust in everyone who was working in my home, for the duration of the build. The job was on budget (except for extras which we requested as the job progressed - these were priced in advance, and stuck to). I would use Rowland again without question and have recommended them to everyone I know who is having building work done.

From the very beginning the experience from Scott and Aaron was second to none, they were both exceptional, I’ve not always had the best experience from tradesman, I’ve found that most are unresponsive and couldn’t be bothered to even come and quote. I had none of these issues with Rowland.

The project manager, Aaron was incredibly responsive and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They were patient with our design choices, offering expert advice when needed. The tradesmen were punctual, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves daily, minimising disruption to our home life.

The end result is a stunning open plan kitchen that exceeds our expectations. The attention to detail is remarkable, and the quality of cratftmanship is evident in every aspect. We are thrilled with the transformation and can't wait to enjoy our new space for years to come.

Rowlands provided an excellent service whilst renovating our home. I would highly recommend them for their professional and efficient service.

Communication was clear and open at all times. Timescales were kept to and budgets too. Aaron and Scott both went to lengths to ensure the process was made as easy as possible. The entire team at Rowlands were a pleasure to work with, a very amiable team! . They took great care to clean up after each works stage , which made the process so much easier. We were able to live at home whilst having the ground floor extension done due to their consideration and professionalism at each stage of the project.

Rowland Construction completed a 2 storey extension for us, with a large amount of internal reconfiguration and reconstruction. We found every member of the team to be courteous and respectful, hardworking and happy to answer any questions or talk to us about the work they were doing. The project was completed to a high standard, according to the schedule set out at the beginning, on budget, with extras negotiated as the project progressed. We appreciated the payment schedule set out in advance so we knew what to expect.

Aaron was contactable throughout the project to keep us updated, and really helped to guide us through the decision making. He was great at offering design suggestions and had lots of ideas which we wouldn’t otherwise have considered ourselves. Scott and Aaron are both helpful in recommending other reliable tradespeople / suppliers and we felt our satisfaction was their priority.

I was having a knock through done which required steel, and both rooms re plastered, electrics, plumbing, new joinery and steps creating.
From the start a clear quote and breakdown of work provided.
During the work communication was very good. Aaron visited site everyday and updated me on what was happening that day/week.
All trades people were polite and friendly and tidy.
I was pleased with the final quality of finish.
