Mike was great in having the work done within a week. He kept me informed sending photos of his work and giving the once over on the condition on the rest of the roof. I will recommend him to family and friends.

Ridge tiles needed repointing as water was getting in. Mike came out promptly, reviewed the job and gave me a quote same day. Very happy with the job. 2 ridges re-pointed, neat and tidy and no more water ingress. I would use R&R again.

Mike is the best! He has sorted a couple of roof issues out for me, He always attends the job quickly, and ensures we know when he is coming. He takes photographs to ensure we can see what the issues are, advises on solutions, sometimes giving a variety of options. he quotes for these, always very reasonable, and then gets the job done expeditiously. Mike is so nice! I bought a house and was really worried about the roof Incase their was anything wrong with it and needed some plants removing from the chimney. Mike came and sorted it the day after I contacted him and checked the roof iver for me, he was quick , proffessional ans was so easy to speak to and explained what needed doing to my Roof and put my mind at ease, it's always daunting getting somthing done to your roof for the first as as a new home owner but Mike was so lovely. As usual, Mike came very quickly (this time to fix a loose ridge tile). His work is very good, he explains things, and he charge reasonable fees for the jobs he does.
