We recently instructed NK Roofline to replace the fascias, soffits, gutters and downpipes on our property. From initial quote to job completion Edward was informative and transparent throughout, sending us pictures and videos of the work at various stages being completed. We never requested this, this is just their approach to customer satisfaction, which is a refreshing change. Genuinely impressed with the standard of work and communication of this company. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and will be recommending Edward to friends and family if they need work doing!

I owe Edward a huge apology and much gratitude for putting up with me! I was initially hesitant about working with his company as I had been left with little trust following multiple bad experiences with roofers/ other tradesmen, so when I was offered a job which could be completed quickly, with a good price, and quick turn around but with payment upfront- it rang alarm bells! It seemed too good to be true… However Edward was amazing at putting up with my hesitation, worked with me and was true to his word! Work was completed swiftly within 24hours, and has done a lovely job. If anyone is hesitant about upfront payment, don’t be with THIS company, as they are true gems! I contacted Edward about replacing my soffits/fascia’s after storm damage. He called me back the same day and came out the next day to take a look and gave a very competitive quote. He was very easy to talk to & obviously took great pride in his work so we said yes there and then. He started the job within a couple of days & worked right up until Xmas Eve to get the job finished, always turning up on time every day. They worked hard all day with minimal breaks and did a first class job & I would definitely call him again for any future roofing needs.

Edward came out the same day I rang to look at the issue and to see where the water was coming from and with in less than 24 hours the roof had been fixed. I would 100% recommend them to do any roof work. Very polite, professional, and also kept me up to date with the progress with pictures before, during and the after results.
