Development and new built Built 2 new Flats and complete refurbishment of existing flat. It has been pleasure working with Al Mamlaka Construction on this project which was our First large project. Al Mamlaka construction is building block of seven flats for me at 37a Smitham Bottom Lane CR8. Happy with their level of professionalism, quality and progress. Planning could have been more intensive and through. I certainly recommend them for this size of development.
