Erol is a total legend! Had water coming out of the bottom of a wall when you flushed, where the cistern is fully concealed. He arrived bang on time and took one look and reassuringly said - I know exactly what's happened here, don't worry I'll sort it within the hour. And he did. Everything was very professionally done. Brilliant!
