Really happy with this company. Had issues with my boiler, they came out immediately. Got everything I needed fixed and put back together properly. Being someone with 2 children I was very appreciative. The gentleman was very professional and kind. Extremely happy with the experience and will definitely be using them again in future as my go to company.

I’m visiting my very elderly mom and last night the boiler packed up. I couldn’t get it to reset. I called a dozen emergency services and no one picked up or returned my calls. I was getting really desperate and about to give up hope and it was just absolutely freezing. I called this company and a gentleman answered. I asked him the cost to come out. He offered for me to send pictures to see if he could help me resolve the issue. He’s a genius and god no less. It worked. Not only is he an outstanding human being. I would without hesitation depend on him and he is trustworthy and dependable. I’m ever so grateful 🙏🏽

Ali gave us a great service, calling out at short notice when the boiler started playing up and even following up the next day to check it was all still OK. Will definitely be using again if any other issues.

Prompt response, professional and polite. I had my boiler out of power at night, Ali came to fix it on next day morning. Although it was due to my son switched off the fuse socket accidentally, Ali still checked the boiler in detail. I will keep using his services in the future for sure.
