Shayne & the Wellington Joinery team have exceed all expectations. They have carried out all of the joinery at our home in Fulham, SW6 and to the highest standard. No request has been too much, nor impossible, and the team have been polite, professional and completely trustworthy. We have left the team working in our home without supervision and have felt very comfortable doing so. It's been a welcome change for contractors to do as they say & we can't recommend Wellington enough. Not only is the quality of their workmanship fantastic, they are a genuine pleasure to work with. They are so great that 6 months later we are still coming up with more work for them!

Shayne's 'can-do' attitude truly sets his company apart when compared to others in the industry. He is not only super responsive and helpful but also incredibly easy to deal with. We approached him after a well known restoration company failed to adequately repair our table, and Shayne accomplished what they couldn't. His expertise in handling classic furniture is evident in the impeccable quality of his work, which we'd rate a perfect 10/10. The best aspect for us, he's just a 5 minutes down the road. Very impressed from start to finish with Bespoke Carpentry. Really easy to communicate with to discuss design ideas. David (the carpenter) was excellent, a lovely man who is a very talented carpenter. He worked incredibly hard and fast to get our bookcase cabinet fitted in just two days. Really pleased with everything. David also gave me lots of tips for finishing touches and aftercare.

Excellent work, done on time and on budget. The bookcase has transformed the room. Paolo and his team helped advise on the design and the materials, and were extremely efficient when it came to installation. I could not recommend them highly enough

Paolo and his team (Dennis for the carpenter work) did an amaaaazing job at building a bespoke mezzanine in a relatively small bedroom with high ceilings. Paolo designed exactly what I wanted and Dennis did a fantastic job. Super nice, extremely clean, efficient, to the perfection. The structure is rock solid. It is impressive. I will ask them to do many more storage spaces in my flat in a few months. I warmly recommend them. They are just perfect.

We are very happy with the alcove cabinets Bart has made for our living room. He made sensible recommendations to slightly alter our plans so our shelves work much better than what I originally asked him about. We are going to contact him soon about more bespoke storage for our house. Good communication, friendly manner and competitive prices.

We had fitted wardrobes in our master bedroom - 8 double doors. We couldn't be happier with them - they are fantastic. Bart is a great guy, quick to reply and very polite and personable. Would 100% use again - in fact I'm trying to make up jobs we can have him back!

Bart did an excellent job with our alcove cupboards and shelves. He was quick and clear in communicating, worked fast and efficiently and we are so happy with the excellent quality of the work. I would highly recommend.

Anthony was marvellous. He repaired my newel post quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with his work and he even kindly tended to an odd job that helped me out a lot. I'm very pleased I chose him to do the work and thoroughly recommend you do the same. He even made a video for me which I can't upload, but see photos.

Anthony came the same day to help sort an issue I simply didn’t have the tools to do myself. The job actually turned out to be more complicated than first thought, but he helped find solutions and even helped to strengthen some other areas that were not fitted correctly by the original installers. Very knowledgable and professional service. Would recommend!

I don't usually write reviews but Anthony did an unbelievable job! We inheritied some sash bay windows in a conservation area so needed to be renovated like for like. what i thought would be a quick sand and paint job myself turned out to be a nightmare bodged job from the previous owners (car filler and hundreds of screws to cover the rot!) Anthony has brought the back from the dead to their orignal glory and our sash works after being nailed, glued, painted and whatever else shut. Not only the carpentry expertise, he also restored the limestone sill, removing the old concrete that was causing it to crack! I honestly think there's not many people who would have been able to fix what we had, he really is a jack of all trades and a master of all of them based off what he did and he's a great guy, will be giving him a call when we next need something

Having had Frank do work on my house over the past 15 years, Frank and his team recently came back and refurbished a number of wooden sash windows, replacing fittings and repairing the external masonry cills and reveals. His team did an excellent job, whilst being prompt, courteous and tidy. Happy to recommend Frank and his team at Artisans Carpentry!
