Excellent experience from start to finish. From the initial call, their customer service was to a very high standard. The site survey was thorough, with clear explanations of my options, making me feel confident in the process. The installation engineers (Jordan & Reece ) were friendly, informed, professional, and delivered an excellent quality install. Everything was completed ahead of time and with great attention to detail. I highly recommend WPJ Heating for anyone looking for a boiler replacement install.

I rarely give a review but on this occasion, I'm giving WPJ a thumbs up. Ross and the trainee apprentice turned up on time with all the parts needed to carry out the repair. The repair was carried in a timely manner and the necessary checks done after. The pricing for the job was reasonable.

Replaced my boiler and service was excellent. Set up appointments swiftly, arrived exactly as stated, really polite and professional staff who did a great job, good value for money. A really positive experience all round, I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

Fantastic experience. They were able to get an engineer out quickly who sorted a plumbing issue out within an hour of arriving and at the quoted price. The engineer was very friendly and professional, and from requesting the work to paying the invoice everything felt extremely streamlined. I felt in the loop the entire time.
