We're really delighted with our new garden porch (home to our cacti collection, in our exotic garden) from MK Complete Joinery. Tim went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we were fully satisfied customers from start to finish. We got a visit and a free quote the same day we called. Tim personally came to check the measurements and discuss the design to completely replicate and improve the rotten porch we were replacing. We visited the workshop, met the team and were reassured our project was in safe hands. Everything Tim promised - down to the last detail, he delivered and more. The porch was delivered and installed ahead of the promised date. Tim built it with the same care as if he was doing the job for himself. When the door needed a slight adjustment one of the team came back quickly without any delay or fuss. The photos speak for themselves. Tim will definitely be our first call next time we have a joinery project.
We used MK Joinery for a new double glazed box sash window in our bathroom. They were recommended by a neighbour having done a great job for them. Very happy with the final result. The glass roof was expertly done. Due to a previous persistent leak in old roof MK Complete Joinery made a better technical design that also looks more modern. . Team were friendly and amenable. Good service overall . Thank you.
