He always arrives on time, explains things coherently, and without exception has solved all our plumbing problems ( and some of them have been complex and frustrating). He is courteous and conscientious and extremely fairly priced. Indeed, a couple of times I have questioned his bill because it seemed far too low. A five-star recommendation.
