Darren was able to narrow the problem down prior to attending and we were able to order the service kit in preparation for his visit in order to achieve a first time fix. Darren arrived on time and was polite and professional throughout his visit. Upon completion of his work he explained to me what he had done, what each component was called and why he replaced it.
