Excellent service. Not many garages this clean. Hot drinks available for free. Had a hot soup while waiting for mot. Perfect. Great bunch of lads.

I HAD MY MOT DONE HERE TODAY. IT'S THE FIRST TIME I'VE USED THIS AND WILL CERTAINLY BE GOING BACK AGAIN. MY CAR WAS ALL SORTED WITHIN AN HOUR. STAFF WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THE WAITING ROOM WAS SPIK AND SPAN AS WELL AS THE WORK AREA, IT LOOKED VERY ORGANISED AND CLEAN. THERE ARE LOTS OF CHOICE OF HOT OR COLD DRINKS TO HELP YOURSELF TO. PLUS A BOWL OF SWEETS TO CHOICE FROM TOO. ALSO A GOOD CHOICE OF MAGAZINES TO READ. WHEN MY CAR WAS READY I WAS GIVEN A FULL LIST OF INFORMATION ABOUT MY MOT AND CAR WHICH I'D NEVER HAD BEFORE. WELL, I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE. USUALLY, AS A FEMALE ENTERING PLACES LIKE THIS, WE ARE MADE TO FEEL EXTREMELY INFERIOR TO THE STAFF AROUND YOU. THIS WAS DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE HERE. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR TODAY.

Just want to say a very big thank you to the guys at Smith's repair & MOT got me booked in very short notice and carried out my major service with all quality parts. I was able to wait in the warm office with a hot drink and watch my vehicle be serviced. The garage was as clean as dealers and felt like my vehicle was in very good hands. The technician fully explained everything that was carried out. Just would also like to mention this is a very good garage at a very good price would definitely recommend to my family and friends. My tyre punctured and the locking nut was broken. Was in desperate need to get the car fixed as soon but nobody was open. Stumbled across this company and gave a call. Top guy Yasser was out to me within 30 minutes and got the job done for me. Credit to his manager for the excellent training! Would highly recommend Smith’s :)
