I pulled in as i had a tyre blow out. The car park was full and there was no where to park as they was fully booked. However i tried my luck and went in to reception where i met a friendly asian man, who i beleive was the manager. He said we are fully booked but he'll replace the tyre for me his self as he has nobody available. This really helped me out alot, as i had to pick my son up from football training. Will use this place again. Many thanks to the manager. Top man.

So I had an issue at another Halford centre where my spare tyre was not put back in my boot. I eventually had the pleasure to speak to rich who is originally based at Tamworth who was faultless in his kind approach and replaced my wheel and tyre. I can't say how impressed I am with his attitude and customer service as my previous dealings with another branch were not great. Thanks rich and the team I will continue to use this branch in future. Thanks to T for helping put in my car. I've also joined the Halfords free motor club for future discounts. All the best guys
