I took my baby for MOT. Very professional service. I left the place smiling as to the kindness of E (prefers to be called Steve😊). I won’t be going anywhere else for my car needs. I’ve found a home for my baby at Fe Motor and MOT Ltd. Another bonus point goes to the waiting room which was so comfortable and warm and I could still see my car on camera in front of me.

Took my BMW here for an oil change yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Steve is fantastic—not only did he change the oil, but he also gave the car a full inspection and even inflated the tires. That level of customer service is rare here in Birmingham! I’m really glad someone recommended him to me. Steve is knowledgeable, efficient, and honest—qualities that are hard to find these days. Going to bring all the cars in my household here from now on.

Brilliant service . Even came and jumped started my car at home as it had been stood for 8 weeks as i was in hospital and he even gave me a lift home . Allways use these guys for my mot. They dont Rip you off either .

I was recommended this garage by a friend who sells carports, I had a issue with the engine management light on. Steve was very helpful and fast in his diagnosis which turned out to be a oxygen sensor, The part was ordered and replaced efficiently. I decided to have a oil and filter change also, whilst waiting in the kitchen area refreshments are avaliable free of charge. All in all, a very knowledgeable mechanic and very helpful would recommend and use again
