Excellent service. Absolutely amazing team. They have a waiting area which has a very good selection of tea/coffee. They even have some reading material, plus WiFi for waiting customers. Easily accessible via 129 bus. Everything is explained properly even if you don't really understand car mechanics well. Highly recommended for MOT and any servicing of your car.

100% recommend! Called in on the morning and asked if they could squeeze me in for an MOT on the same day, despite them being very busy they got me in. Got a call a few hours later saying my car was ready to pick up and had passed. They're very helpful, honest and a breeze to communicate with, would definitely go back for any future work. Can not praise the team enough. Exceptional service and very polite. My drivers window wouldnt go up and i went to them and they made sure i left with the window temporarily secured, tricky job, took a bit of time to unlock the window, stuck in the door. They ordered the part, didnt take any money for their time that day, called me a week later and fitted the motor needed but moreso it was the time and dedication to make sure its fully operation and drying out the water damage which i appreciated. I was so impressed i paid more than i was asked. They asked for MUCH LESS, so reasonable but i had quotes from elsewhere for almost £500 (that garage was taking advantage of my situation really).So glad i found the Bridge Street garage!! Recommend 100%. Honest and relaible!

You can 100% trust this garage to do the job properly and with amazing service. As a woman who has no idea of the mechanic of cars, there is always a fear of what a garage could do to your car and what they could charge you. However, with this garage, they look after you and ensure you know what’s going on by explaining in an easy way without making you feel intimidated. Mo who is the owner is very understanding and caring. He cares about his customers and ensures they get the best service. His team of mechanics are the best. My car was fixed quickly and it was worth every penny as you can trust these people. Other garages lied to me and wanted to rip me off but Mo sorted it all out with the truth. This garage has been recommended to me by about 10 other people so that tells you how amazing they are. I will never go anywhere else again. There are good people out there and the garage owner and his team are definitely amazing people. Thank you for all your help and taking care of my car. 🙏
