I'm new to Solihull area and have found my "Forever Garage" lol . SVS get five stars simply for their customer service ...it's a garage THAT ACTUALLY RINGS YOU BACK .. dropped car in for a known handbrake fault and interim service and within an hour I had a call with what their intentions were and for my permissions. So great Comms from the admin side, full print out of service with observations on what needs looking at , friendly workshop / mechanic in handing over vehicle ... so I'm well chuffed . many thanks and Happy New Year all 🙏🥳

Great service and prices. I have only good things to say about this garage. Discs and pads replaced all round on my golf GTI recently with Brembo parts for less than the parts only at Volkswagen. Service on my sons Renault Clio for 1/3rd of the price at Renault and they did it next day. We need to support the independent guys.

The BEST and ONLY garage I will ever go to for my MOT, Repairs and Service! Halfords and other garages rip you off. This garage has affordable prices and never rips anyone off with excellent work completed. I visited today, they fixed an issue with my engine Alhumdulillah replaced o2 sensors. As well as getting a MOT and service. Now my polo is driving the best it ever has, smooth and perfect drive. I’ve been visiting this garage for the past few years, Alhumdulillah everyone I know will get their cars fixed and serviced here just as my family does. They have a clean waiting area thats comfortable, and I was offered a hot drink too whilst waiting. I drive from Solihull for their services. (Mrs Khans younger sister) Jazakahallah kayran for everything.

Great set of staff, especially Nav and Bash who is owner/MOT tester... Been here with my cars over the last 12 years. Honest work and great prices, source the parts too so it's stress free at times. They can get very busy this reflects the work they can carry out and always give the best advice. Recommended to all.

I was unlucky to be hit by another car in a collision that wasn't my fault. What was lucky was that a friend suggested getting a quote from City Centre Car Care. I asked about cost and hire cars in my initial email. Soon after, they responded and offered to refer me to the claims coordinator they use and did so same day. The following week, I dropped my car off to CCCC and collected the hire car. I was upset that my car was damaged because I'd taken good care of it, so it was especially appreciated to be greeted so warmly. I asked them to take good care of my baby, and a few minutes later as I was familiarising myself with the hire car, one of the guys was out checking the damage and photographing it, saying "I hear this is your baby!". We looked through it together and he explained what would likely be needed. He also noticed another scuff that must have been from someone in a car park. I felt really confident that my car would be looked after. The claims company updated me with texts, but it was the lovely Lisa from CCCC who really kept in touch telling me what had been done and updating the timeline. It was slightly delayed due to needing an exhaust and by them discovering a shady wheel place had left me without one wheel nut which needed to be replaced. Still, it was all done in a week! And I was very relieved to know that had I not been free to collect it, they could have delivered. The outcome? Fantastic. The same guy showed me what they had done and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. They seem to genuinely care about providing good service and making everything as good as new. They even gave the scuff he'd noticed a polish! And the people saying their car was immaculate weren't exaggerating. I bought this used and it was far better presented this time. Like new, and valeted. It cleaned away the memories of that bad driver. I'm so grateful to them for being so personable and for making a bad situation far less traumatic. I have my baby back and all is well, thanks to their care and attention. Highly recommend.

I've just collected my Mercedes SL from City Centre Car Care having had a kerbed wheel refurb with which I am very satisfied. The quality of the repair looks great. Jack, who is the customer service facing representative was excellent, clearly explaining the process, keeping me informed of the progress & ensuring complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company & will return should the the need arise.

It was an MOT, painless booking over the phone, we picked a mutually convenient date. Drop off at 8:00am collected at 11:20, still only £15 which is great. Back again next year for sure.

I have been using the garage for few yrs .never had a problem .staffs are very plight over the phone and face to face very useful advice for any car problems. Trustworthy and very reliable. I would use the service again. Arfan has been very supportive this time when i took my car for MOT.
