I was recommended this place by someone who told me the owners of Red Line are very honest and trustworthy and always give excellent service. It’s very hard finding good mechanics so yesterday the first time I visited I immediately found they were very polite and very respectful, paid attention to me even with being busy, that I forgot all about my car. I can’t remember the brothers name but he kept me updated all throughout. Someone you know you can trust and I will definitely keep going back, have a customer for life.

Such amazing brothers. Been coming here since day one. Price is so perfect in today's day and age. They check your car properly and tell you of all issues needed. Very prompt timing. They have a nice seating area whilst they conduct the M.O.T

REDLINE UK LTD is a fantastic place to do MOT. They work on appointment and strict with booking. They spend time to check your car well, and if any faults, they give you time to go and repair it abd come back. I have been using them for years and wouldn't swap them for any. Their staffs are professional and welcoming. The reception is great. Very good place to also repair your car.

I have been coming here for many years now. I have had no problems, I really have nothing to moan about. They put customers first, you are their number 1 priority and not only do they care about their customers but they also have respect for women. Their prices are reasonable and there is no hidden charges, you get a phone call if they find a new fault with the car and ensure you have okayed them to go ahead and work on those faults. The manager/owner is always available and on site. They have a big waiting room with comfy sofas. They have CCTV all over so as a customer I know my car is safe. If I was to moan and be a little nippy then it would be maybe they need more staff in the reception area but that’s isn’t necessary. That’s all folks.

Excellent service. Having already paid out a small fortune at other garages, I still had a problem with my car. These guys took me out in the car to ensure the problem I was experiencing was what they had identified, Now the issue has been diagnosed I am confident they will be able to resolve.

Very experienced mechanic who have been fixing and servicing all the cars in our family for years. They even did my classic Morris minor. Always willing to go the extra mile to get to the bottom of more problematic issues and keep overnight if necessary for the job.

MOT with them last year, passed after three bulbs were replaced £14 and passed again today with no additional costs. Wear a big jumper if you are waiting but they have comfy sofas and very clean toilets! Normal, nice mechanics too 😚

This place seems to embody really decent values and they take the time to properly look into things. They seem really honest and do not seem focused on profiteering to take advantage of customers, which I have felt several times when using larger chain garages in the local area. They recently helped with a manufacturing defect and did not take advantage of the fact I desperately needed the car to get to work to overcharge me, they only charged me very small reasonable amounts to get to the bottom of the issue. Staff are friendly and helpful, place has an old-fashioned quality first approach feel to it. Will use again for services and MOTs.

Best garage around by an absolute mile! I have been coming here for at least the last 5-6 years and always found it very fairly priced with brilliant customer service. I recommend to anyone I know who needs a garage for any reason. It’s hard to find a garage you can trust these days but you can trust these guys 100%.

Not sure if they’re the cheapest, they offer new (budget) tyres and part worn tyres. I needed a couple of tyres and they provided and fitted them quickly.

The BEST and ONLY garage I will ever go to for my MOT, Repairs and Service! Halfords and other garages rip you off. This garage has affordable prices and never rips anyone off with excellent work completed. I visited today, they fixed an issue with my engine Alhumdulillah replaced o2 sensors. As well as getting a MOT and service. Now my polo is driving the best it ever has, smooth and perfect drive. I’ve been visiting this garage for the past few years, Alhumdulillah everyone I know will get their cars fixed and serviced here just as my family does. They have a clean waiting area thats comfortable, and I was offered a hot drink too whilst waiting. I drive from Solihull for their services. I was unfortunately the victim of a rear end collision, in which CCCC was my nearest approved Mazda repairer. I have always taken good care of any car that has been in my ownership, but I wasn't initially sure how a bodyshop would look after it in comparison, but I am very happy to say CCCC took outstanding care of my car before and after the repair. The team are honest and trustworthy and Reception/Admin was always welcoming to any request I made. The painters are extremely skilled, and all of the painted parts are as if they are from the factory. Colour match across the car is perfectly blended and I am unable to tell the difference at all, there are no runs, signs of contamination or even evidence of variation between factory orange peel and the respray orange peel. I cannot recommend this company enough, from the start until the finish they were fantastic, and I will definitely be returning should I require any form of bodywork again 👍

Used this company's car finder service a few times, then when im ready for a change give rhem the car back and ask them to find my next car. Always seems to find high spec cars at reasonable prices. Also provides all maintenance from bumps, scratches, mot's etc. Cannot recommend enough.

Took my car to TVM after it had been scratched down the two side panels, car had a full respray on the drivers side and was back within 2 days. Paint work matches perfectly and was even brought back to my door after having a full valet. Friendly and reliable service everytime, would recommend to anyone :)
