Brilliant service from the team at Kwik Fit Perry Barr. I had my tyre change and MOT here 2 years ago and this is the only place where I return. Service from Marni and the team was second to none, they remember and care for each customer who walks through the door. Explained everything clearly, was timely, and professional. I felt valued as a customer and they went above. I would recommend anybody to make this their regular service centre.

On 11th January 2025 as I left home the tyre pressure light came up on the dash board. I checked and my tyre was completely flat. I drove to Kwik Fit Perry Barr a short distance away. I arrived at 4:00 pm and was advised it may not be completed as they closed at 5:00 pm and there was a queue ahead of me, but they would try their best. To my delight the tyre was replaced in 45 mins so I could continue with my busy day ahead running errands for family and elderly relatives, one of whom was in hospital receiving end of life care and has subsequently passed away. The manager Marni, was polite, compassionate, accommodating and was true to his word!! Many thanks in particular to Marni and the rest of the Kwik Fit Team on the day for their excellent customer service, it was so very much appreciated and restored my faith and confidence in staff going the extra mile for the customer. Well done!

Got two premium tyres fitted today at the branch same day after booking online. Dealt with Marni over the phone and in store today. His customer service is faultless. I’ve been to a couple Kwik fit branches and the Perry Barr branch is by far the best all thanks to Marni. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this branch.

Had an appointment booked and was seen straight away despite being 15 minutes early. Was greeted by Marni who made the process really easy and with his excellent team on hand put me at ease and reassured me that I had accessed a great service. Thanks to Ross for being so transparent and explaining the issue. Definitely recommend and will be accessing this service in the future.

Went in for a free break check as I had some issues. They found the problems with my brakes, showed me the issue and quoted me a fair price. Marni called me back saying he could save me some money (around £300 less) which I took! Extremely professional, very friendly, I would recommend!
