I took my Seat Leon with multiple electrical faults to the team, who diagnosed and repaired it within a few days, as I just turned up on spec, which was a bit cheeky, but the team were fine about it. Never the less, when I collected the car, all the faults we're repaired and this was demonstrated to me, one by one. The cost was fair and clearly explained, verbally and on the emailed paperwork. The workshop was clean and tidy / looked well organised. Can't thank the team enough and recommend them thoroughly. Also considering moving my annual maintenance too. Enjoying my car again 👍

Carl and his team are fantastic! I switched to this garage a couple of years ago as the place I used previously tried to overcharge suddenly after me being a customer for almost 10 years! I’ve never looked back! Always helpful, and very fair when it comes to MOT’s. I’ve never had to dispute anything and any issues they have identified have always been accurately presented. I also take my partner and mother’s car to them as they have proven to be very reliable and honest! I can honestly say that I will happily recommend this garage to friends and family alike.

Flight from Scotland they picked me up Bristol airport took me to there garage to collect my Mercedes SL I bought off them such nice people experience was fantastic I will do business with them again I felt real happy with everything..if you can give 10 stars well 100 would not be out of place brilliant.

Had a problem with my steering, so took it to MTR Tyres & Services, they gave me an appointment for the next day, they fixed the problem with no fuss or over selling. Dealt with a chap called Tony, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, even to the point of making sure the heater was on in the reception area for me as it was a freezing day. Keep up the good work Tony, you are a credit to MTR Tyres.

My compliments to the company, especially Jack. I called in this morning without an appointment, although he was very busy, he offered to help and advise me regarding a possible slow puncture. He found the fault immediately, nail embedded!, he repaired it very quickly. His manner, helpfulness and pleasant attitude is a credit to the company. I can’t recommend MTR enough! I’ve taken my car there a few times now, and every single visit has been stress-free and professional. After recently buying a new car and the original garage i brought it from being absolutely awful and not sorting any of my problems it was a relief bringing it to MTR. What really sets them apart is their honesty and communication. They explained everything clearly, gave me options, and didn’t push for unnecessary work. Great service, needed a tyre changing, when there I could not find my lock nut, after having to buy a new one from Sytner in Solihull I returned to get my tyre done the lads were great the service was great, highly recommend them

Another great experience at this garage. Previously had an MOT failure at another garage who were too short staffed to fix the coil spring. Took it to M S auto who gave me a next day appointment and MOT passed. I was advised that if I wanted any services in future such as tyres I could book online. This week I went online and ordered brake discs and a tyre replacement. I found the website very easy to use with good directions about what to order for my car and plenty of convenient appointment slots. All ordered and fitted at a very competitive price. Very pleased!

Previously had wheel alignment at another garage which I have used for many years following replacement tyres but ended up with the steering offset. Took it back to be told it was an issue with the steering wheel, back to the dealership who said it was definitely the tracking, took it in to MS Autocentre today who were nothing less than excellent. Brilliant service from the team, explained the issue in detail and resolved it very quickly. Steering is now straight and car drives in a straight line which the wife has now got to get used to after driving with it out of alignment for a while! Thanks for a great job!

Family run business. Very good customer service. They are always very busy and yet will still do their best to fit you in as soon as possible. Very reliable which is what you need when having mechanics work on your car. Great value for money.

Chris and Scott are brilliant. They helped me out at short notice with a car issue I was really anxious about. They also gave me very good, honest advice for which they charged me hardly anything. Having recently bought my first little old car to learn to drive in , I came across a few mechanical problems so reached out to our local community n had numerous recommendations of MGI Autos. So messaged them to look at my car at home . Having looked at my car he explained the problem and showed me what was going on , unfortunately a part had to be taken away for a few days to be fixed . Few days later he returned and put back my little car in great working order , again explained a few other little minor details that I needed to do in the near future , unfortunately its the consequences of buying an old cheap car , but as for the service MGI AUTOS provided I wouldn't hesitate to use him again , professional polite service highly recommend

I have used many garages in the area, some just aren't bothered, I might add I have a 2.2 Diesel Mondeo that is 19 years old, she still starts first time having been left outside for the best part of 9 years, and is still reliable, in this time the brakes had corroded, not enough to fail the MOT as it happened, but I'd decided prior to the MOT that I would change them anyway, most garages see old cars as cash cows 4 years ago I took her to a garage in Solihull and I was quoted £2000+ to get her through the MOT maybe because I said I worked overseas, so when I took her to East Birmingham Autos I was expecting pretty much the same if not more The only thing she failed on was the dipped beam full beam switch, and I agreed to get the discs changed at the same time The switch they got was 2nd hand and I have no problems with that as a new one would cost a small fortune and they told me that upfront The price to get back on the road was around 32.5% of what was quoted in Solihull I would totally recommend these guys, seems there are honest tradesmen out there after all They kept me updated all the way As for the greenies who say I should have scrapped my old car, tell me do you expect your car to faithfully keep running for over 200,000 miles and still be as sweet as a nut?
