Had an issue with clutch while working in Birmingham. Called AA and as the garage are an AA registered garage, i was directed to Smiths Mots and got booked in there same day the issue happened. Smiths mots replace the clutch next day and returned my car back to me at my hotel.Will recommend to every one. Thanks to Jay and Amer. Great service, would recommend.

My tyre punctured and the locking nut was broken. Was in desperate need to get the car fixed as soon but nobody was open. Stumbled across this company and gave a call. Absolutely the best MOT shop in Birmingham! I used to take my car to other MOT shops, but after visiting this place, I realized how knowledgeable and professional the staff are. Booked me in at short notice for a service and MOT. Unfortunately failed the MOT but the part needed was ordered and replaced and the car was sent back for a retest all before 2pm. Good prices and honest work would definitely recommend

Great garage! Quick and easy drop off, quick diagnosis of problems, excellent price for required work. Repair completed very quickly and ready for collection by the afternoon. Quick pickup and great customer service on collection. Viking are nice people. Always fair and helpful with mot. Very glad i found them. Feb 2025. Second visit to Viking. Was let down by local garage for mot! Daughter needs car for health reasons important! Rang Viking am Mon. They fitted me in same day for mot no wait. Car needed ABS lights put out. #Viking Auto fitted now wheel bearing and ABS sensor all in same day. Price given before work and stuck to by them too. Very happy customer 10/10 😀nig

I went to see Viking Auto Garage after my car failed it's MOT (with another garage). Carl and his Mechanics took 5-10mins to sort out the problem (Horn and back light) and were excellent in the service and manner in which they spoke to me. Bought a porsche panamera from Auto Q. Being based in London it could have proved difficult, but from start to finish Craig was amazing. Overall very satisfied with the work, although it took longer than expected and a part was replaced on my car without me being asked first about it. While I would have likely agreed to said part being replaced anyway, I’d have liked being told first and more explanation considering it added an extra charge I hadn’t agreed on.

Very friendly and excellent service. Had my MOT booked with them and unfortunately it had failed. However my car was fixed and I was able to collect it the same day. Highly recommend!

Great service! I turned up late on Saturday for an air con refill. Bash stayed open late for me, which was much appreciated! When it was finished, he pointed out that not all the gas had gone into my car and he restarted the whole process to ensure it was all done properly! This was very honest of him, especially as I would have been none the wiser about it! Also, it was entertaining talking to Bash and his staff while I was waiting! Definitely recommend this establishment!!!!!
