My compliments to the company, especially Jack. I called in this morning without an appointment, although he was very busy, he offered to help and advise me regarding a possible slow puncture. He found the fault immediately, nail embedded!, he repaired it very quickly. His manner, helpfulness and pleasant attitude is a credit to the company. Great service, needed a tyre changing, when there I could not find my lock nut, after having to buy a new one from Sytner in Solihull I returned to get my tyre done the lads were great the service was great, highly recommend them

Had a problem with my steering, so took it to MTR Tyres & Services, they gave me an appointment for the next day, they fixed the problem with no fuss or over selling. Dealt with a chap called Tony, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, even to the point of making sure the heater was on in the reception area for me as it was a freezing day. Keep up the good work Tony, you are a credit to MTR Tyres.

I can’t recommend MTR enough! I’ve taken my car there a few times now, and every single visit has been stress-free and professional. After recently buying a new car and the original garage i brought it from being absolutely awful and not sorting any of my problems it was a relief bringing it to MTR. What really sets them apart is their honesty and communication. They explained everything clearly, gave me options, and didn’t push for unnecessary work.
