Just had an MOT and full service done on our Vauxhall Crossland X. Brilliant service and the guy was really honest and pointed out that because the car is fairly new, we didn't need all the stuff needed for a full service charge. Would highly recommend. Taking my Suzuki for new brakes soon because they are now someone I trust.

I was recommended to use this garage from a friend. Alex fitted me in on short notice due to going on holiday the next day to have my wheel bearing done and exhaust done. Very professional service and would highly recommend.

I have only been going to the garage for over 30 years and found this garage and staff to be really friendly and polite. I am Asian and never had any problems at all with with racism there. They have a very good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and they charge a reasonable rate. They are one of the best local garages in the West Midlands.

I'm booked in for my mot today but I have used this place quite a few times now. The guys who run it do not take advantage of me being a woman that has very limited knowledge of cars and has always been completely honest, fair and reasonable which is why I return my business to them.

I took my Volvo for MOT and service today, and was very pleased with the service! Robin is very knowledgable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed in good time and for a fair price. This is the first time that I have used this garage, but I will be definitely be returning! It has taken me a while to find a garage that I can trust, but I believe that I have found this with Robins Auto World! This is now my "go to" garage, and will be advising my wife and daughter to bring their cars here too!

I went to Robin to get my MOT done. He was a brilliant and extremely kind mechanic. He took my car in and kept me up to date with everything from the MOT inspection to fixing all the major and dangerous issues, all ready to be picked up the next day. The price was unbeatable, and the customer service was exceptional. I will be my go-to mechanic going forward.

Took my car for a major service, it was done with high workmanship. The establishment is professional and they were able to answer all the questions I had about the car. The was a minor confusion about my booking but it was address swiftly and professionally. This is definitely my go to garage.

Took my car in for a service and to get the suspension looked at. Found the most honest and friendly mechanic I have ever met. Replaced everything and fixed the problem with suspension. It was way cheaper than I thought it would be and the job was done very quickly. Would totally recommend this place to anyone. Will 100% be returning.

Took my daughters car in today after being recommended by a friend. What can I say, great guys there can't do enough for you they found the problem after another garage told me to take it somewhere else. I would definitely recommend this garage to people who worry about other garages ripping them off, these guys are fast and great on price too!

Cannot even begin to tell you how greatfull I have been for the service I have received over the last few years from Rob, I am severely disappointed that he will now be mostly in the workshop. He will be missing his customer facing role, I was also appalled to learn that he was at work on his birthday!!!! Surely in this day and age companies should be showing appreciation for loyalty by giving staff their birthday off to spend with their families! However I will return as I always do, as long as Rob is working in your garage I am sure you will retain many of your customers

I visited recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed! I had been here last year but wasn’t completely satisfied, so I decided to try elsewhere. A friend mentioned that the place is now under new management, so I decided to give it another chance—and I’m so glad I did!
