My car had not been used for several months, and when I drove it to get MOT today I noticed that my indicator stalk was not working. I spoke to the mechanic at the centre about the indicator stalk not working at all. When I came to pick up the car the mechanic told me that he fixed the indicator stalk before he MOT'd it. Very friendly & Very professional! It passed MOT

Excellent! I checked for MOT services online and their name is the second on my list. I called the first centre and there was no availability. I called Severn and they responded quickly, checked their availability and booked me in for 2hrs+ after. Asked if am going to wait or comeback for the car because it's going to take about 45 minutes to do it. Guess what? It took him 40 minutes to finished as I waited in their waiting room/office. I paid 35 pounds cash as well Informed upon arrival. He even put paper on my Car mat, so as to keep it neat while going in and out of the car. I was attended to with a lovely smile not by one but 3 members of staff working on different cars. Now, that is What I called being a Professional! 💯👏🤭

I recently experienced a weird wiring noise coming from my car and found Yorkies Garage online. Based on their excellent reviews, I booked a diagnostic appointment. In typical fashion, the noise disappeared on the drive over. However, the team at Yorkies gave my car a thorough inspection to ensure all wheels and suspension components were in good condition. During their inspection, they noticed that one of my daytime running lights wasn’t working and promptly replaced it. When I was ready to pay, they refused any payment, explaining that it was a quick diagnostic and the bulbs were cheap. Despite my insistence to pay, they stood firm. This is the kind of family-run business where you can build lasting relationships. Their honesty, thoroughness, and excellent customer service have made me a loyal customer. I will definitely bring all my car needs here in the future. Highly recommended!

Phoned in the morning hoping to fit my car in for same day MOT and happily they fitted me in the same day. The lovely lady who answered my call advised me to pop down when i was ready and they can fit me in. Only had to wait just under 2 hours. Very knowledgeable staff who worked there and very welcoming to me and my family. Highly recommend.

I randomly found Apex auto repair for the service of my car and the brothers did the service the same day and showed me the fuel filter and air filter that wasn’t changed by the previous garage (halfords last year) and whoever did the service before that ,everything was crystal clear with apex garage and I trust this garage and would defiantly recommend to people ,thanks

Very friendly stuff i had my DBS signed appeared waltz I was driving on the motorway looked up on Internet with good reviewed Garage near my house found then and straightway they gave me appointment found the problem within 5 minute rear bearing sensor Was faulty plus I needed a service done So I've done the service And the front brake pads and disks also done a few extra beat for free of charge Reasonably priced for me but it was hard for me the pay because they have done few jobs so it was high bill to pay. Met Omar several years ago about a bulb replacement. To this day, he is more than a family mechanic but a dear friend. Never felt overcharged, always honest. More than worthy of 5 stars. Dion is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. With a garage full of vehicles he's still managed to save me and my partner with an urgent matter with our car. Having taken it for an MOT to a local garage, the car had failed it's MOT and the garage couldn't attend to the work until over a week from now. We called First Point Automotive that expressed they were busy but understood our urgency/ predicament and attended to our urgency immediately. Dion was very transparent stating what was realistic in terms of how much he could do with the limited time he had. He's done what he promised and is now commiting to do more when able. Weve decided to do a fresh MOT here and scrap off the other garage. Extra money we'll worth spending!
