Best garage I've been to by far always solve my issues and dont over charge like other garages. Car was making strange noises rang them up spent the time to talk me through the possible issues on the phone and repaired it the same day for me

Absolutely amazing staff here at Severn cars!!! Looked after me very well, reasonable charged prices, Talked me through the work they’d done, felt at ease when when giving me a thorough step by step of what needed to be done, and overall customer service was spot on! If you need your cars M.O.T / works done I recommend to be done by John, Dean, and the man himself Mark!! Top fellas who know how to look after the public!!! Massive respect

Excellent! I checked for MOT services online and their name is the second on my list. I called the first centre and there was no availability. I called Severn and they responded quickly, checked their availability and booked me in for 2hrs+ after. Asked if am going to wait or comeback for the car because it's going to take about 45 minutes to do it. Guess what? It took him 40 minutes to finished as I waited in their waiting room/office. I paid 35 pounds cash as well Informed upon arrival. He even put paper on my Car mat, so as to keep it neat while going in and out of the car. I was attended to with a lovely smile not by one but 3 members of staff working on different cars. Now, that is What I called being a Professional! 💯👏🤭

My car had not been used for several months, and when I drove it to get MOT today I noticed that my indicator stalk was not working. I spoke to the mechanic at the centre about the indicator stalk not working at all. When I came to pick up the car the mechanic told me that he fixed the indicator stalk before he MOT'd it. Very friendly & Very professional! It passed MOT
