It is small garage, the person did a good job with the 54 point check. Few issues were identified and quote recieved was reasonable. Parking is limited outside ans can be busy at peak times. Advisable to take appointment. Might use again to test out if the experience remains consistent.
Been going here for years & haven’t used anywhere else. Always fits car in at short notice and doesn’t take long to fix. Friendly customer service. 100% recommend.
My son was traveling from Newcastle upon Tyne to Sutton Coldfield to pick up a mate en-route to Dover for his first trip to Europe in his car when it developed an ECU fault which luckily he was able to re-set by restarting the engine. Not ideal preparation for taking the car over the channel ! I made a quick call to Reddicap being a highly recommended garage in Sutton and explained the predicament to Phil. As parents we were extremely grateful that Phil agreed to look at the car at effectively zero notice to give us peace of mind. He agreed to be at the garage until our son arrived up to 8.00 pm. Superb service that any concerned parent would appreciate. Thanks Phil.
I've used this garage to service and mot my car for years now. They always fit me in within a week of phoning and on occasion when I have urgent problems - like a brake shoe getting clamped on, done their best to help me out quickly. They are honest, thorough and efficient. They are extremely reasonably priced. Always polite and helpful. I've always been pleased with the work they've done and have never had complaints. I would highly recommend.
